I purchased the King Split Adjustable bed. I called customer support to explain that the bed was making a loud noise when using the massager and the mattress was going almost flat when you sit on the edge of the bed. I was told to take pictures and videos which I did and sent to customer support. I received another email to take pictures of tags and take more video. This has been a hassle and I am not satisfied.

Delivered in perfect condition both mattress and frame. Easy to assemble and set up. Works great with no problems. Finally waking up without back pain thanks to adjustable frame and excellent mattress.

I received the mattress and frame in a timely manner.The price was great.The only thing that was bothering me about the whole experience was that your tracking number links do not work correctly so it scared me as it made me think that I had gotten scammed by the website. Fix your tracking numbers .Because I wish to purchase a bigger mattress and frame in the future. Please fix your tracking number. It will put your customers mind at ease If they work correctly.

I love the bed! However I thought I was buying the wave feature as well

The price was awesome! The mattresses are super comfortable and the frame is very sturdy and it has so many cool little features. I initially was concerned when I didn't get a purchase confirmation and my email to the company failed. I was also concerned that the phone number also failed. I waited and the mattresses came and a week later the frames came. I am super pleased with my purchase and you will be too!

Well we can’t even tell you about the bed because we can’t use it!!! We ordered the split king adjustable. We got both twin xl mattresses 2 days ago. Today we received 1 frame. And our order says COMPLETE. How is it complete when we don’t have everything???? How are we supposed to use this bed? And customer service??? There is NONE!!! You call and get an Ai bot that won’t transfer to a human. Probably because they don’t have any. We were provided only 1 tracking number so of course it says complete. FedEx can’t look anything up without a tracking number. So how are we supposed to find or get the other half of our bed?????? And worst part is the mattresses are open, like they say to do so they can inflate, so we can’t even return them. Absolutely ridiculous. We have sent 2 emails ourselves and contacted Walmart.com as that is where we bought it through. Walmart has also reached out. Absolutely unacceptable. Never again

Worst customer service ever!! If you email them they don't respond. If you try to call you get an AI named Eli who can't transfer you to a live person. If you have a problem, forget it . I ordered a mattress and adjustable bed bundle. Then received an email that said I needed to choose a different mattress because the one I wanted was out of stock. I responded with a question. When I replied to the email and still have gotten no response I have asked them to cancel my whole order. I have tried to call to cancel. I have had to dispute the charge on my credit card. I haven't received anything from them none of the bundle has been shipped so it a fairly easy process to cancel the order instead, it has been a nightmare

We have the split adjustable king with the hybrid mattress. We love it! Quick delivery, easy set up, and ever so comfortable!

Customer service was quick to reply to my questions. The two twin xl frames and mattresses were delivered quicker than expected and were very well packed. Easy to assemble and connect the electrical parts. We have slept on it for two weeks now and are so very happy with our purchase. The massage feature is very soothing. The bed is extremely quiet when adjusting. We use the upright feature for watching tv. Highly recommend this purchase, the quality and price were excellent.

You had been so honest from the moment of purchase until the moment of shipment. You kept me posted all the way. Even ask me questions that matters me and makes me understand things. And I did.
You refunded that money so quick. And delivered my merchandize as per expectation.
I am so happy understanding the fact that I am dealing with people with honesty and understanding that business relationship with INTEGRITY, survives long term.

I filed a dispute case through PayPal because the bed frame I received is missing the 6 legs, the USB and type C ports, and the remote control. I'm unable to use the bed due to the missing parts. The customer service doesn't respond to my phone messages, I've left several messages which go unacknowledged. Customer service does not return calls! Paypal gives the seller 10 days to submit documentation. Eshine practices fraudulent activity, by submitting the documentation requested by PayPal the 10th day of the deadline. By doing this, Eshine extends the outcome of the dispute case, to exceed their 30 day return policy. Therefore, I'm unable to return the bed. Do your research, and take the time to read all the negative reviews, because they are accurate.

Terrible customer support

When I reached out to customer service because I was having issues with my payment, they were there every step of the way to help and guide me through it

I received my mattresses on the 14th of November. Today is the 23rd of November and my adjustable bed frame has not yet arrived.

Well. I was worried about the setup being too hard for elderly husband and I are over 74. So my daughter and granddaughter did it in a few minutes for us! I'm thinking we could have done that ourselves. So easy. We thought the mattress was too soft, but after 2 or 3 nights we like it. So everything was great. Thank you

Quick delivery, so far, a dream to sleep on. Adjustable base seems to do the trick.

the power supply appeared to show the cable i needed as the cable was not listed as a part that you can order . i need the cable that goes from the power supply to the bed.

I would have given you a high rating but this is what happened... I return the medium PLUSH mattress for exchange for a medium FIRM.. What you did was take out 1 inch of filling... I know cuz I can tell the way the mattress cover fits,,,LOOSE AS HELL....it should be hight...watch out for these guys...and dont buy anything you might need to return, they will fighr you. I Hate to do this but this is what happened!!
