SCAM: Toxic Materials, Bait-and-Switch Tactics, and Fake Credentials! AVOID!
Do not give EsDoll.com a single penny of your money. This company operates a sophisticated bait-and-switch scam, exploits payment processor loopholes, and sells physically hazardous products disguised under fake safety credentials.
If you are considering buying from them, please read this first so you don't fall into the same trap I did:
* The Bait-and-Switch Trap: I ordered a custom doll with specific features. They contacted me to cancel the custom features, promising to send a premium 170cm stock model from their UK warehouse instead. What arrived was a completely different, lower-tier model that was much smaller and significantly cheaper than what I paid for. When confronted, they only offered an insulting "30% partial refund" instead of fixing their mistake.
* Toxic, Hazardous Materials: The TPE they use is completely unrefined and dangerous. The item I received was suffering from severe material delamination, off-gassing terrible chemical fumes, and actively leaching toxic, sticky industrial oils. I only opened the packaging to visually inspect the goods—as explicitly permitted by their policy—and the item has never been used. Given the obvious chemical hazards, attempting to use it would be a severe health and safety risk.
* Fake Credentials & Certificates: Do not trust the "accreditations" on their website! If you look closely at their certificates of authenticity and medical credentials, they are completely fake. They literally wrote a certificate authorizing themselves, complete with glaring spelling errors (like misspelling "damage" as "damnge"). There is no independent safety regulation here.
* The "Custom" & "Hygiene" Loophole Scam: They deliberately label orders as "custom" to void your consumer rights, even when shipping old stock. I have photographic proof from their Chinese shipping label that my box was packed and dated in January, five months before I even placed my order in May! They then use bogus "hygiene policies" to automatically win PayPal disputes and bank chargebacks, knowing PayPal doesn't investigate adult novelties.
* Phantom Warehouses & No Returns: They ship from a UK fulfillment center that is outbound-only. They refuse to provide a return address. Even when I legally and verbally refused delivery at my door (which DHL formally admitted was their driver's fault for abandoning it anyway), EsDoll went completely radio silent because they physically cannot process returns.
I am currently pursuing them through the Financial Ombudsman and UK Trading Standards, and holding the hazardous goods as an Involuntary Bailee under the Torts Act 1977.
Save your money, protect your health, and buy from a reputable, regulated company. EsDoll is an absolute scam.
