Where is our payment?

We have always respected the importance of compliance reviews and have fully cooperated by providing all requested documentation. However, what has been most concerning is the lack of communication regarding our account status and incoming payments.

Our account remains restricted, and despite multiple follow ups, we have received no update regarding two significant customer payments of EUR 180,000 and GBP 261,000. We are unable to tell our customers whether these funds have been received, are pending review, or are being held, the fact is nobody is responding to us anymore.

I don't know what to do anymore or how to reach this guys, I'm just confused.

We sincerely hope this matter receives urgent attention and that we receive the updates we have been waiting for.

Too expensive and too much limits

Too expensive and too much limits. They hide charges and transaction statements are not transparent. Red flags everywhere.

We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Transparency is important to us, and our fees and transaction terms are disclosed within the platform.

Esca provides access to services such as named foreign currency accounts, crypto wallets, and cross-border payment solutions, which differ from standard bank transfers and come with their own operational costs. That said, we're always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and make charges and transaction information even clearer.

Having worked across several FX…

Having worked across several FX platforms over the course of my career, I can say with confidence that ESCA stands apart from the competition.
