The firm supplies an enormous range of Agriculture, Construction and professional and domestic garden machinery, from pedestrian and ride-on mowers, chain saws and other garden machinery. Our philosophy is simple, to supply the best products and then to support them with the service facilities and expertise to keep them running perfectly. The company's showrooms are packed with useful items including garden tractors, mowers, ride on lawn mowers, chain saws, shredders, strimmers, hedge cutters, garden tools, power tools, hardware, outdoor clothing etc.

After being a loyal customer ernest doe for many years I have got fed up with the staffs very miserable attitude, maybe they've been there too long and they're too old, especially in service and sales not very nice to do business with miserable people so have moved all my servicing and business to rival where they're very happy to see you and help you if you've been receiving miserable sevice with the staff at ernest doe you should move too It makes you feel so much better dealing with happy people.

Esher branch Excellent

Esher branch, excellent professional service. Recently purchased a chainsaw and the setup was expertly done. A very knowledgeable staff provides an all-round high quality experience. Highly recommended.

Fantastic shopping experience

Like the previous reviewer, I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Saw a bodywarmer in the Woodbridge branch which was twice the quality and half the price of high street shops. They didn't have my size so ordered one in. I then was unable to pick up, so phoned them to cancel and again they were very helpful about it. I found I had a branch nearby, Esher, who reserved one for me. Picked it up and again were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately I later discovered a pocked had not been sewn properly. Phoned them and they ordered one in for the following day - swapped over without problem. Fantastic shopping experience.
