The chairs are SUPERB quality. 95% assembled just had to slot last few pieces together. Fit together perfectly.

We ordered unusual colours and should have had a league time of many weeks (as they come from the states I believe) but they had the in stock and we received them the same week.

Utterly delighted, will not use anyone else now (bad experiences with other suppliers).

Still, to this day, the web site boast a 10 year guarantee. I have made a claim on the wheels which delaminated on both chairs purchased. When I made a claim, I was told the frame had a 10 year guarantee, the mesh and castors five years.

I also have a Herman Miller Aero and compared to the Ergo Human, the quality of the Herman Miller is vastly superior. Given the price I paid for each, I would expect a British design and manufacture to beat the yanks. Sadly, not the case.

It's so comfortable, you don't realise you've been sitting as long as you have! It's adjusts perfectly and you can really tell the high quality manufacturing. Bought mine after a friend recommended it and I would back that reccomendation up to anyone :-)

I do have a couple of minor issues with the chair arm rests moving about too easily but my back has been much better since buying this product.

Ergohuman office chair, at first I baulked at the cost but trust me if you have back or posture issues then don't put a price on well being ! This is a superb piece of engineering, totally adjustable in all aspects very comfortable and once set up difficult to sit in incorrectly.it also looks very good. Very pleased !

The chair itself (Ergohuman plus) is a high quality produce with a superb range of adjustments. It even comes with a small CD that includes a video of how to assemble & then set up the chair to suit you.

1 improvement point: it's one of those mini-size CDs, not a normal one, so doesn't load into many modern cd slots. A full size CD would be much better.

Ergohuman Plus really does offer a lot of adjustability and can be customised for the user to suit the specific requirements. The only downside is that I like to have different settings for paperwork and different for computer work. Would be ideal if one setting could do both (wishful thinking, I know).
