Amazingly I was able to phone up and speak to someone who understood what was happening. The written instructions for setting up the system weren't great. Otherwise pretty good.

Batteries supplied in good time BUT
Batteries supplied in good time, but on opening package, both batteries - two terminals were bent down at their ends touching the body of the battery. Did e-mail ERA about this last week, but no reply yet. Poor packaging protection and not exactly good response from making known issue.
