ERA Protect Arvostelua 

Had an issue with an outdoor siren that was working fine for 18 months. Rang ERA and spoke to someone right away, they resolved the issue rapidly. Refreshing experience (rare these days), I'll be sticking with ERA products in future because of the quality of their after sales support.

Great product had it over 2yrs now had a problem to start with but they helped me put it right after that no problem just replaced battery after 2yrs easy to set up

I was experiencing a problem with my ERA Protect Alarm system. I contacted the help line by telephone which was answered very quickly. I outlined my concerns. The technician, Kaush talked me through aspects of the use of the alarm and settings. In my opinion he was very, helpful and knowledgeable, and also very professional in his approach to my inquiry. Needless to say I was impressed by the level of service that was provided and the attentiveness in resolving my issue.

Quality products at a reasonable price and easy to set up.

Disappointed Era doesn't appear to have a keypad available any longer to work with Protect system.

Returned a product. No refund. 4 weeks later I have to spend MY time chasing them up. “Oh we have received your return, that should have been refunded”. They then after ME doing their job processed it. Shit customer service. If I hadn’t had ring in they would have just kept MY money.

Additional PIR unit, really easy to install, add on the app, press the button on the PIR to pair then everything just works.

Ordered a live siren and remote to add to my smart hub ...arrived fast and easy to install alarm came with a template for hole positioning.

I ordered an ERA Protect home alarm kit to replace a Response alarm which had expired after 25 years. When it arrived I was impressed with the quality of the components and set about installing it hoping that the sales pitch "installed in minutes" held true. The first problem came when trying to download the app which refused to work. I had to call in and wait 29 minutes for assistance to be given a default password. Thereafter, the installation was quick. However, the system refused to work properly on time delay. It would allow time delay on exit and not entry. Despite numerous calls for assistance nobody at ERA could fix the problem so I requested a refund having to pay for the return and wait 3 weeks for my refund. Incidentally, I received no apology for my bad experience so I cannot recommend ERA in any way.

Motion Camera not working. We are not happy.

As a DIY alarm this ERA set-up is the best for quality, simplicity of fitting and use I have come across bearing in mind I am no expert. The cost came across as reasonable as well.

My only gripe is that neither the hub or bell unit is loud enough

Very fast delivery

After six years of faultless use my hub unit failed and a new one was sent foc. It took a bit of chasing, possibly because of confusion about the delivery address but after that the helpline support from Kaish has been superb. He very patiently talked me through setting up the replacement hub during a long telephone call and ensured I had the system fully operational before ending the call. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Good and reliable alarm system app on phone is good the only downside side is when your yearly alarm subscription ends you don’t get an email notification that you are coming to the end of your contract

Easy to install, but a few glitches with software requiring action by help desk, otherwise quite good.

Happy with my products, but disappointingly the Company no longer offers cameras so they don't have a one stop solution to home security.
