Equisafety Arvostelua

Very disappointed with how my missing order has been dealth with. Ordered 2 ride-on rugs, only received 1. Contacted the company that day to which they confirmed they hadnt had their glasses on and would get the 2nd rug sent the following day.
Over 6 weeks later, and chasing my order a further 3 times Ive still not received it or had any communication to explain the missing item or my request for a refund if its not coming.
Such ashame as Ive multiple products from the company over the years and the quality is good, just wish theyd sort out their mistake or give me my money back for the missing item!

(I did post this same review several days ago, with a different title, for the other item I bought at the same time for a different purpose but my opinion is the same: they're great)

Great quality product, fits well, true to size chart in measurements. Great extra bits for light attachments, love this feature. With 'polite' notice, really have seen a difference with the traffic.

Nicky was outstanding in her help and support with my order of a Charles Owen hat, with all the problems encountered with the recent closure of their factory, she never gave up chasing my order. Thank you Nicky!

Straightforward ordering and fast delivery. The product is of excellent quality and I have already recommended it to others

Fast service, great value. Great quality coats.

Quick delivery and great quality. Freedom of movement for the horse. I love the hi-viz sheet!

Simple ordering and very quick delivery.
I had been looking for a hi-viz that would extend sufficiently to go over my big coat in the winter but be small enough for the summer and that's what I got and in bright red, and with pockets, just love it
