Absolutely terrible company product never came when asked for a refund. They said they would send me another one that still hasn't come. I have again asked for a refund and have heard nothing. Don't bother using this company. There are plenty others companys like Amazon or Walmart or anywhere else.

Extremely slow shipping, waited weeks until delivered and eventually when they did arrive it does not work. I purchased the slightly more expensive version with the solar and remote control, but the battery will not charge. The light will only come on while the USB is plugged into a power supply but once removed the light will not work and no matter what I do it will not light up. After emailing several times to equipery i’ve about given up trying to get a replacement or a refund because it’s absolutely no response from this support. If you are looking for a light similar to this please save your money buy a different brand and buy it for a reputable retailer like Amazon and use PayPal and not a debit card. and then this way you will be able to return it if you have any problems and won’t be out of pocket. as for the item I received it’s worthless doesn’t work with no response from customer service so save your money.

All aspects of this transaction met my high standards, which makes me a happy camper, just about to buy number 2.

Good rechargeable lights, look forward to the solar ones.

Ordered two lights and carry cases, not received anything within the 4-7 business days as stated. I’ve emailed them numerous times and just been ignored.

de 4 lampen werden rond de aangegeven tijd bezorgd. Product is als omschreven en voldoet aan alle verwachtingen. Blij mee!
Maar helaas... de toegezegde gratis case voor 2 lampen was niet meegeleverd. Contact gezocht met Equipery en we kregen een sùper snelle reactie terug: excuses, de case zou direct worden nageleverd. En als compensatie voor het ongemak zou nog een extra case worden verzonden, zodat we 2 volledige set zouden hebben. Kijk, dat is nou nog eens meedenken met je klanten! Ook de 2 cases werden rond de aangegeven tijd bezorgd. Ook deze voldeden aan de verwachtingen.
We zijn onder de indruk van de reactiesnelheid en de servicegerichtheid van Equipery. Gaan we zeker nog eens een bestelling plaatsen.

Ordered camp lights over 3 weeks ago. Nothing received. Tracking number not working. Emailed 2 days ago and no response. Starting to think I’ve been scammed.

I ordered a product from Equipery on 26December. I have not had any confirmation of order to date, despite sending them a request on 3 occasions. My bank confirms that they have taken payment for this product.
I would never again deal with this company.

Received part of order after 3 weeks and still not delivered the two charge packs (for Christmas presents). Tracking comes up in Chinese so nothing reassuring there. I think I’ll avoid in future.

We took this camping lamp on several trips over the summer and used it a lot and it worked without fault every time. It gave us bright light in the tent and around the campsite, and the different modes were great for both practical use and creating a cosy evening atmosphere. Charging with usb-c was so easy, and the battery lasted a long time after a full charge. I even used the power bank feature to charge my phone, which was very handy. The lamp is lightweight, waterproof, and arrived quickly. A really reliable piece of kit that made our summer camping so much easier! I only wish it had a strap so it could also be used as a headlight.

The item arrived quickly and exceeded my expectations. It looks very high quality. I even bought more to gift to my family and friends.
