boa tarde dia 21 setde 2022 fui solicitar transferência (que na verdade depósito) direto na conta e pagina blockeada dizendo estar com problemas e vai corrigir . Ocorre que hj dia 08/10/22 praticamente mais 12 dias e nada resolvido.eles deveriam de fazer manualmente o encaminhamento do pagamento direto p contas dos clientes. Agora sou obrigada a passar estresse por erro deles , disse a eles se não sabem trabalhar que comuniquem a falência deles junto ao banco central mundial e devolvam o dinheiro de todos clientes. Outra coisa eles aumentaram as taxas e por contas disso estão forçando os clientes desistirem de suas contas lá assim estão preocupados em pegar novos clientes para empurrarem taxas mais altas e estes não poderem reclamar. Eu quero meu dinheiro em conta tenho de pagar meu aluguel etc...ocorre que pedido de desculpas não vão pagar meu aluguel, minha internet, meu mercado e etc, exijo que arrumem e também quero ser indenizada por todo transtorno que eles me causaram ...exijo que informe ao banco central mundial a prática abusiva que eles estão fazendo com todos aqui desta forma deverão pagar a todos e após isso que autoridades tomem as atitudes necessárias para eles não lesar mais ninguém.e se não tem capacidade de trabalhar e cumprir com o mínimo que seja decretada falência deles assim não prejudica mais ninguém.

Dicen que desde el 21 de septiembre suspendieron las transferencias a Colombia y que dieron aviso, aviso que nunca me llego y responden que no tienen fecha para reestablecer el servicio , me indican que el pago se puede hacer efectivo pero lo hice desde el día miércoles 05 de octubre y hasta ahora no me han enviado ningún pin para retirarlo , aparte de que suspenden el servicio , el retiro en efectivo no se sabe cuanto tiempo demora y estoy necesitando el dinero urgente

Me gustaria poner cero estrellas. El pasado 21 de septiembre se cancelaron las transferencias a moneda local a Colombia y los pagos en efectivo. Me llego un correo a mi y a otras personas con esta información el 22 de septiembre ósea que no podíamos ya hacer nada. El día de hoy 5 días después el servicio sigue sin habilitarse, los asesores son groseros y las respuestas son automáticas.

- No se puede hacer transferencias a tarjetas de credito.
- Tampoco se pueden hacer transferencias bancarias a Panama.
