MTACC LTD and ePayService have officially gone bankrupt after their license was revoked by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) due to massive violations, failure to safeguard client funds, and lack of audited financial reports. While hundreds of innocent clients have been waiting years for court hearings and liquidator updates with zero results, the ultimate beneficiary, Denis Lafer, is living a luxury life in Dubai using our stolen funds. The company is completely insolvent, and the management has completely abandoned their responsibilities. Total fraud.

I have been a client since 2018 and they have always made it difficult to withdraw money from the account, already preparing to disappear with clients' money without giving any explanation about what happened. Judicial Liquidation: The Competent Person was instructed to file for judicial liquidation in the Courts of Malta.

Reasons: The violations included failures to protect client funds, weak governance arrangements, lack of cooperation with the regulatory authority, and the provision of misleading information.

Beware they are scammers and they will steal your money ! Everything was ok but one day they have blocked my account and have stolen my money without any reason. they didnt answer to my mails, calls, etc.. they did that to a lot of people. They should be prosecuted and sent in jail. It was in 2022 and i never got my money back !!

Cobré un dinero x esta plataforma unos meses. Me habían quedado alrededor de 500 dolares en la cuenta en pandemia. Cuando quise utilizar la tarjeta me dijeron q estaba vencida. Nunca me la repusieron. Intenté enviarme el dinero a otra tarjeta y me lo rechazaron. Hice reclamos varios, todos sin solución para el reembolso. Hoy día mi cuenta está cerrada diciendo que en mi país no operan. Unos ladrones. Si se puede gestionar una demanda colectiva cuenten conmigo.

Robo , cerraron la plataforma . Ya no está funcionando . Y se quedaron con todo el dinero sin aviso previo. Y escribi a los correos que tienen en su página y dice que no existe .

Todo era color de rosa, era cargar la 💳 de crédito e ir al cajero, luego todo empezó a cambiar a un tono marrón, que ya no se retiraba por cajero, ahora por remisa, luego que el monto mínimo de 300 para retirar, luego se quedaron con mi dinero, luego la página no les sirve para nada, y ahora ya esfumados con el dinero que se quedaron. COMO DEJAN QUE UNA EMPRESA DE ESA ENVERGADURA QUEDE ARRUINADA. Ya no hay nada que se pueda hacer, se desintegró la empresa y adios la plática

Site of these scammers is not working anymore. I guess we all should forget about our money, though in December I’ve received email from MTACC, where I was asked about the sum blocked in my account, but I guess it does not matter anymore.
