Eon Drive Arvostelua 113

Hände weg von Eon Drive! Habe über Eon eine Wallbox bestellt und installieren lassen. Nach 3 Monaten ist diese bereits defekt... Klarer Fall für die Garantie. Nun ist sie fast 4 Wochen kaputt. Der Kundendienst lässt einen lediglich ein Störprotokoll ausfüllen und vertröstet bei jedem Anruf damit, den Fall mit einer höheren Priorität weiterzuleiten.
Die erste Frist ist bereits verstrichen, die zweite Frist per Einschreiben verstreicht in 5 Tagen. Danach geht das Ganze zum Anwalt.

Vestel Ev04 charger was installed by Eon-Drive in December. It keeps disconnecting from our wifi and won't reconnect. It has proved unreliable and Eon-Drive have not been helpful. The RCD installed by them has also stopped working so the charger cannot be isolated. I would not recommend them to anyone. It would also have been good to see the charger in advance as it is a really bright coloured, sometimes flashing, light which we cannot switch off. It is so intrusive in a dark area even on lowest setting.

In der App werden Ladesäulen anderer Anbieter schlecht bewertet und sogar vorm Laden gewarnt, weil das Laden angeblich nicht richtig funktioniert, obwohl die ganz normal funktionieren.
Das wird meiner Meinung nach nur gemacht um hier einen Wettbewerbsvorteil zu haben!!!

Its the worst charger, since I installed it the unit keeps losing connection with my Wi-Fi (Virgin Router Hub 5).
None of my other devices have the same issue, including a security that is situated above the camera.
EON keep blaming the my Wi-Fi and have been no help at all.

Avoid installing an EON charger.

Complained to CDRL but they have been no help either.

EON Drive is a diabolically bad company, please don’t even think of using them. I had a wall charger “installed”in Jan 23, it has never worked and has also irreparably damaged the onboard charger on my vehicle.
EON drive couldn’t care less and despite numerous requests have never sent anyone to investigate or honour the supposed ( and worthless) 3 year guarantee.
A year on , I have received a successful determination from the adjudicator ( legally binding I am told) ordering EON to fix the issue or remove the charger within 28 days, they have failed to even attempt to do either.
They couldn’t care less, their customer service can only be described as a disgrace.
The stress they have caused is off the scale , a disgustingly bad organisation, the contempt and arrogance displayed by anyone you eventually manage to speak to and total disregard for the customer or acknowledgement of their shoddy workmanship defies belief.

Ich bin sehr unzufrieden! Ich habe ein monatliches Aufladekontingent von 10 KWh! Nach nicht ganz 4 Monaten hat e-on Drive einfach 25 KWh (das ist ein Geldwert von 17,50 €!!!) weggebucht! Jetzt „droht“ man, die nächsten 10 KWh (also 7,-€) wegzubuchen! Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahmen keine Reaktionen! Finger weg -das stinkt!

Nach meinen Erfahrungen kann ich nur vor dem Einplanen von eon-Ladesäulen warnen!
Bei der Ladesäule in Geiselwind kam ich mit 8% Restkapazität an, keine Ladesäule funktionierte, und zum Glück konnte ich noch bis Schlüsselfeld zu ARAL fahren, die anstandslos funktionierte.
Und was meldete eon an EnBW: 77 kWh geladen, obwohl mein Akku nur 50 kWh fasst, und das zu einer Zeit, in der ich längst in Schlüsselfeld bei ARAL lud.
Zum Glück hat EnBW das dann anstandslos storniert.

Ich werde in Zukunft eon-Ladesäulen meiden, wo es geht!

Hände weg vor Bestellungen bei diesem unseriösen Unternehmen. Trotz Widerspruch und Vorkasse zu einer Bestellung einer Wallbox reagiert dieses Unternehmen nicht und zahlt auch nicht die Zahlung zurück. Hände weg.

And here we are on our 12th day and still NO contact from eon ,
Stress , has been through the roof , our ev hasn’t moved because the home charger which was put in 3 months ago has stopped working ( no power ) we’ve done everything with this company yet they can not be bothered to reply , please avoid eon if you want a reliable service as this is 110% unreliable and so unpleasant , I’d love to swear and show our true disgust in eon , but that won’t get any where as is being polite
What a horrible company knowing we’ve two young kids to get about

Just an absurdly bad. When you try to charge, it simply doesn't work and gives you no meaningful error message. Then you try 3 more times and it works... Other time I got an error that it couldn't proces my payment info. I go and remove my card, add it again and it says card added successfully. Then when I try to charge I get the same error. I try with multiple different cards that has always worked fine, and I get the same error. I can't describe how frustrating this app is to use.
