He made what could have been a tedious process (transferring my previous mortgage and adding my partner) simple and stress-free. Our mortgage was accepted within days, and we couldn’t be happier.

We also had to return to Karolina & Ross later to update our mortgage due to a stressful change in circumstances, and they turned it around within a day — truly exceptional service.
