My case was complex - contractor income, remortgaging an existing BTL to Residential, debt consolidation, partial interest only, additional borrowing, multiple BTLs in the background.. you name it - the broker that I have used for the past 20 years wasn't able to help in this case so I gave Cleerly a go.
