We have just arrived in West Wales after relocating back to the UK from Chania, Crete, using Enroute Pet Transport, with Rainier Jarmon.
We travelled with our 14 year old dog plus lots of luggage.
For us , it was the perfect choice, and whilst it was a long trip, we felt very relaxed, and our our dog just took in all in her stride
Obviously, it's not cheap, but the cost is reflected in the distance and service given.
We recommend 100% if you, like us wish to travel door to door, comfortably together with your dog.

Very easy to arrange. Dependable and accommodating. Our driver, Rainier, drove our pets from London to Zürich. Our dogs were well cared for and happy.

Entreprise sérieuse, qui tient ses engagements (délais de livraison de l'animal, qualité du service offert au top, très bonnes infrastructures pour les animaux).

Le transport de Saint-Jacques de Compostelle à Genève s'est déroulé à merveille. Mon chiot a été très bien traité et il nous a même été livré en avance.

La personne qui s'est occupé du transport de mon chiot de 6 mois a été très professionnel et gentil. Il nous a envoyé des photos durant le trajet pour nous rassurer. Franchement je recommande à 150% les services de cette société de transport animalier.

ET quant au tarif, celui est tout à fait raisonnable compte tenu de la durée du trajet et de l'effort que cela implique. Nous avons par ailleurs verser la somme en deux fois, 20% lors de la conclusion du contrat et le solde à l'arrivée du chien (ce qui est très rassurant en tant que client).

J'ai été ravie d'avoir choisi "En Route" pour nous transporter, nous et nos 3 chats, du Limousin, en France, à Dereham, au Royaume-Uni. Rainier est absolument brillant, calme, imperturbable et d'une excellente compagnie. Le véhicule de transport était confortable et les cages pour chats très spacieuses. Je recommande vivement d'utiliser ce service, il offre un bon rapport qualité-prix si l'on considère que vous bénéficiez d'un service de taxi porte à porte et que vos animaux sont transportés et soignés dans un environnement sûr et confortable.

Service avec un chauffeur expérimenté et très à l’écoute des animaux. Un parcours sans faute de plus de 6 heures pour in chien de plus de 10 ans qui n’avait jamais pris la voiture . Merci, je recommande et je referai

Rainier was a wonderful pet courier, timely, helpful and polite, his vehicle clean and comfortable and a wonderful conversationalist. My dog was happy, safe and well looked after. I would highly recommend this service anyone looking to move their pets around Europe.

J’avais promis à ma maman de m’occuper de son chat après son décès. Il fallait le transporter de Cannes à Lille pour rejoindre sa nouvelle famille. Le transport s’est parfaitement déroulé dans le respect des horaires annoncés et de l’animal.
Le prix demandé qui peut paraître élevé au départ m’est apparu conforme à la qualité de la prise en charge.

Excellent service all round. Rainier transported our cat from Switzerland to the UK. Very professional and friendly service and the cat was very happy when picked up and on arrival (doesn’t usually like other people but let Rainier stroke him straight away). Great communication and efficient. Would highly recommend.

We recently used the services of this agency to transport our two dogs, a Rhodesian Ridgeback and a Poodle, from Malaga to Croatia. It was a long journey, but the agency provided impeccable service from start to finish.

Our dogs were treated with the utmost care and attention. They traveled in excellent conditions, and the two transporters ensured that the dogs were always comfortable. One of the things that impressed us the most was their attention to detail: they stopped every two hours to allow the dogs to relieve themselves and to ensure their well-being.

Additionally, they kept us constantly updated with photos of our dogs throughout the journey, allowing us to feel at ease knowing they were in good hands. The transporters also slept alongside the dogs, which added an extra level of reassurance and care.

We highly recommend this agency. We are extremely satisfied with the service and will not hesitate to entrust our dogs to them again in the future. Fantastic and highly recommended!

J'ai fait appel à Monsieur Rainer Jarman pour le transport de mon chat en caisse de voyage luxe (couchage et litière inclus). Le trajet consistait à traverser la France du Nord au Sud (Hauts de France à Occitanie). J'ai été ravie par la qualité du service et la prise en charge attentionnée pour mon animal (envoi de photos durant le trajet, informations données par téléphone). Horaires respectés au retrait et à la livraison de l'animal. Je recommande vivement ce transporteur rigoureux.
