Good morning my name is Roxanna Jannesar. I ordered one of the boots they said 26th the DHL delivery for us and the package is lost. Can you find it what’s going on? I supposed to do the claim with the DHL but he says they supposed to do it claim with the package is loss is already talk to the DHL

Very disappointed

Enibbana, don’t care anymore. I returned an order , and heard nothing? I continue to email the company , only to receive an automatic message to say they have received my enquiry, and they will respond shortly. Weeks have passed, with no response. I want my money back!
Unfortunately , this experience has been shared with other customers, which has helped me come to a decision , that I will NEVER shop with enibbana again.

Worst online store and Customer…

Worst online store and Customer Service. No phone to contact or inquire about your order. I sent about 10 emails and no response. Just Terrible don’t use this online store if you want a response back.

poor quality sole and terrible customer service

The sandals I ordered look beautiful, but the sole began to deteriorate on the very first wear. That was strike one, and then I don't normally write reviews but I have been trying to contact customer service for over a week and have not received any reply either by email or on the live chat. There is no phone number so this is mainly my attempt to reach someone!

Edit: October 2nd 2024: I have been trying regularly since writing this review to reach them and have still not heard anything. They essentially took my money and ran. Do not order from this shop!

They do not fit so I went to send them…

They do not fit so I went to send them back. I printed the DHL label (which I assume is deducted from my refund) However, there is no DHL within 30 miles of me, I read that I could take it to the USPS, but they informed me that they do not accept DHL and they will have to charge me again to send it back.

wrong shoes

I wrote to you several emails and complained about the shoes they delivered. You don't respond to any of my messages. Your service is a disaster! I will send the shoes back at your expense. The goods were defective. You have received the pictures.
