It was so ease and helpful

So I don’t care how well the representatives and customer service was chatting you all up. I want a review about the actual insurance, what was offered and the money saved having them as a health ins carrier. Did they actually give you what they offered or just charged you a bunch of deductibles and out of pocket expenses?

I have no problem with enhance health as a matter fact when I did get a hold of them from their website, they were very helpful. However, the marketplace representatives that I called to ask questions about an email I was sent switched me from my insurance even after I told him, explicitly, I do not want to switch . Not only that after receiving the email that said they had switched me when I called back the number that I had just talked to them on. It said that the phone number was no longer in service. So I use my mom‘s phone and called them, and they answered at the same number that from my phone number said was disconnected. When I told him what was going on and I wanted to not switch, I needed to talk to somebody to undo what had been done I was hung up on when I called back from my mom‘s phone. I was again Told this number is no longer in service. So once the marketplace representatives got my information and switched me without my permission, they blocked my phone number and then blocked my mothers phone number with a recorded message that their phone number was no longer in service. I’ll let you judge for yourselves.

I’m just going to get to the point, my agent was very nice and helpful as well as letting me know what to expect and how to proceed with my health care plan.
I’m also going to refer other people to the agency . I’m pleased to be part of this health care plan.

The sign up process was easy Andrew North was very patient with me I was nervous it was a scam, but I have yet to receive my card in the mail…

Well, I’m skeptical about ads like this! But, a friend on Facebook posted and said it wasn’t a scam and today was the last day(February 1, 2024) to apply. So I thought what the heck, call and see. Natalie Paige answered my called and she assured me it wasn’t a scam, because I asked in the middle of our conversation. They ad say you can get $6,400(I believe) monthly, it depends on your income to qualify to determine the amount. I qualify for health insurance, so I’m happy about that. All my benefits start March 1, 2024. Ms. Paige was awesome and knowledgeable. Although MS. Paige deserves 5 ⭐️, I’m leaving 4 til I get my card and then I put 5 like one gentleman said, yes I read some reviews.

Honestly I really thought this was a scam when I first hurd about it. But I had a friend tell me it was legit. So I tried it. I couldn't believe how fast the process was. Super easy all they needed was a little info on me and that was it. I have already received my insurance card in the mail and today in my first day of coverage. So I'm pretty excited.
