Enforex - Learn Spanish Arvostelua 

As per the title. I was interested in one of their courses. I made an enquiry. They sent me a very long information email (which had zero info about the course I had enquired about). I replied, asking again for the info. I just continued to receive boilerplate. I eventually blocked them on the server. Reading these reviews, it looks like I had a lucky escape.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The camp was poorly organised, with a change of location weeks before it started. The lessons were very poor. Despite taking a placement test before arrival, my daughter was made to take another on the 1st day, which proved pointless as all students were put in the same class, regardless of level. Teaching was dull, badly planned and poorly delivered. Lots of time spent doing nothing, in a campus with very few facilities. Two of her roommates had valuable items stolen, so security is as issue. The whole experience was nothing like what the brochure advertised, and we had to pull her out. The company didn’t respond to any of my emails about this. Avoid this company. Fellow students reported that the teacher stood behind them and made them write 5* reviews at the end of the course, which would explain why there are positive reviews out there. Don’t be fooled like we were!

My Daughter was in the Valence Camp in july. Many organizational problems. Another accommodation than planned the first week (very far from the camp), meals were poor, no water during the days. The teacher for the first week ok, but not after.

Absolutely dreadful experience — I genuinely wish I had read the reviews before booking.A complete waste of time and money. If you’re hoping your child will actually learn Spanish, this is absolutely not the organisation for it. I booked a week of morning classes (9am–12pm, Monday to Friday) at the Elviria Marbella location, and the standard was shockingly poor.
The organisation is chaotic, and the so‑called “teachers” are essentially babysitters — many barely older than the children themselves. If all you want is somewhere for your child to be supervised while you’re busy, then fine. But if you expect any kind of structured, educational programme, you will be bitterly disappointed.
All ages and levels are lumped together, there is no meaningful teaching, and the children learn nothing. It is extremely badly run, and I’m genuinely relieved I didn’t sign my son up for the full‑day or residential options like some of the other unfortunate children stuck there.After paying high fees for substandard provision, my child will now only attend 2.5 days out of the 5 originally booked — I simply refuse to send him back.
Hopeless. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere; this provider is nowhere near the standard it claims to offer.

My daughter attended the Enforex camp in Alicante for one week this past July. Socially, she had a great experience and met some nice people. Unfortunately, the academic side was disappointing. There were only two Spanish class levels available: beginner or advanced. Because her level fell right in between, they placed her in the lower group with absolute beginners. As a result, she did not improve her language skills at all. Additionally, the food provided was of very poor quality.

I wish I would have read these reviews before booking because they are accurate. There is very little communication between the staff and parents. Kids of all ages are mixed and my 11 year old was allowed to go to the teenager’s rooms during free time. YouTube videos were watched during free time. All in English of course. If you care about your child actually having an immersive experience, you do not want to choose this camp. It’s a camp for native Spanish speakers to take advantage of paying international kids and speak English with them. Even the teachers heavily spoke English in the classes. I had to fight to have my daughter moved to a higher level to avoid having stories and lessons taught in English. When I emailed customer service after the first week to voice my concerns, I have yet to be responded to and doubt that they will acknowledge the issues. Extremely poor company.

An absolute NIGHTMARE!

The organization was, to put it mildly, disastrous. The way some of the group leaders treated us was awful, extremely disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.

Our room was in terrible condition: the blinds were broken, the toilet was damaged and loose, and the shower leaked constantly. The rooms were cleaned only once a week, which is completely unacceptable when three or sometimes even four people are sharing the same room.

The biggest issue, however, was the food. We were served things like chips, spaghetti with ketchup, plain boiled noodles with no seasoning at all, and onion rings. The food tasted terrible, was often either overcooked or undercooked, and was completely unsuitable for teenagers.

Because of the poor organization, we also had several problems with our rooms. Children who had been promised they would stay together were separated and forced to share rooms with complete strangers. Only after repeatedly insisting were they moved—but into a DIRTY room. The only thing that had been changed was the bed linen. The floor was filthy, the sink was broken, there were soaking wet towels left behind, and even shampoo and conditioner from the previous guests were still there.

The disrespectful attitude of some of the group leaders only made everything worse and created a constant feeling of frustration, insecurity, and anger.

Another unbelievable situation: at 9:00 a.m. we were told to remove everything from our shelves, bathroom, and personal spaces and cram it all into the wardrobe so the room could be cleaned. We were told that everything would be finished by 4:00 p.m. and that we could return to our room. However, when we came back at 4:00 p.m., we were told the rooms were still not ready and that we had to wait—for an unknown amount of time.

After being sent from one queue to another, we were informed that the residence refused to give us the key to our room—even though all of our belongings were still inside. At 8:30 p.m., one of the group leaders finally came upstairs with us and told us we had five minutes to pack all of our belongings and leave the room. By 9:30 p.m., we had been moved into our new room, which was less than half the size of the previous one.

I almost forgot to mention that the ceiling was leaking, and we even noticed mold starting to develop.

I could keep talking, but I think that’s enough. Never again!

Mi esposa contrató un programa de español de 6 meses con Enforex, pero por un estricto detalle de plazos administrativos, el consulado le denegó el visado (exigían 2 meses de margen entre la entrevista y las clases, y la cita fue con 1 mes y 20 días de antelación). Al tratarse de una situación de fuerza mayor, el 13 de mayo notificamos la cancelación formal enviando el comprobante oficial para solicitar la devolución del dinero.

Hoy es 23 de junio y la falta de ética de esta escuela es indignante. Llevamos más de un mes esperando una respuesta y Enforex simplemente ha dejado de contestar a nuestra agencia de viajes. Para colmo, nos informan de que pretenden aplicar penalizaciones desproporcionadas y quedarse con el 100% del importe del seguro médico. ¿Cómo van a retener el costo de un seguro de salud que nunca se va a activar porque ella ni siquiera va a viajar a España? Es un intento deshonesto de lucrarse a costa del cliente.

Entendemos que se retenga la cuota de inscripción, que es la política estándar en el sector, pero confiscar el dinero de un seguro no utilizado y aplicar multas injustificadas es una práctica completamente abusiva. Esta institución solo vela por sus intereses económicos y muestra una empatía cero hacia los estudiantes que pasan por la frustración de un visado denegado.

Contraté un curso de español de 6 meses con Enforex, pero lamentablemente me denegaron la visa por motivos puramente administrativos (el consulado exigía un intervalo de al menos 2 meses entre la entrevista y el inicio de clases, y mi cita fue 1 mes y 20 días antes). Al ser una causa de fuerza mayor y totalmente ajena a mi control, el pasado 13 de mayo envié el comprobante oficial a la escuela para cancelar el curso y tramitar el reembolso.

Hoy es 23 de junio más de un mes después y la escuela no solo se niega a responder a mi agencia de intercambio, sino que pretenden aplicar multas abusivas y quedarse con el 100% del costo del seguro médico. ¡Un seguro que jamás fue ni será utilizado porque ni siquiera pisaré España!

Una cosa es retener la tasa de matrícula, algo que el 100% de las escuelas hacen y se comprende, pero otra muy diferente es actuar de mala fe para quedarse con el dinero de un seguro médico y aplicar penalizaciones sin ninguna justificación legal. Es una institución que se comporta de manera unilateral, ignorando por completo los derechos del estudiante.

Ante su total silencio y la falta de empatía, ya he solicitado formalmente la Hoja de Reclamaciones Oficial para elevar el caso a Consumo (OMIC) en España. No recomienden ni contraten nada con Enforex. Cero seriedad y cero transparencia.

Después de estudiar casi un año en una conocida escuela de español en Madrid, publiqué una reseña en Google Maps basándome en mi experiencia real. Esta escuela es Don Quijote, que comparte la misma dirección con la conocida cadena Enforex. Por lo tanto, si estudias en Enforex y sufres discriminación, te enfrentarás exactamente a los mismos directores y profesores que yo.

Al principio, consiguieron que Google retirara una de mis reseñas porque accidentalmente subí una captura de pantalla donde se veía una dirección de correo electrónico. Tras la eliminación, publiqué inmediatamente una nueva, y como esta vez no pueden tumbarla, se han puesto muy nerviosos.

La dirección de la escuela me envió personalmente un correo electrónico exigiéndome que borrara todos mis comentarios en redes sociales en un plazo de 48 horas. De lo contrario, amenazaban con usar mi tasa de absentismo como prueba para denunciarme a la Policía y a la Oficina de Extranjería.

Aquí debo insertar algo aún más grave. En medio de la noche me di cuenta de repente de que, al final del correo de amenaza que me enviaron, adjuntaron de forma deliberada y perfectamente alineada mis datos personales más sensibles: mi nombre completo, mi número de pasaporte, mi fecha de nacimiento y mi correo electrónico. Me enviaron todo esto con el claro propósito de intimidarme. Esta táctica de coacción inaceptable es verdaderamente repulsiva y asquerosa.
Afirman constantemente haber "investigado a fondo" mi caso y todos los incidentes de discriminación ocurridos. Sin embargo, hasta ahora, ni siquiera han averiguado mi estado de visado y han asumido ciegamente que tengo un visado de estudiante. Esto me convence por completo de que no han hecho ningún esfuerzo real por entender la situación que verdaderamente ocurrió.

Lo más ridículo y absurdo de todo esto es que mi estatus legal en España es la Residencia Temporal No Lucrativa, y no un visado de estudiante. Independientemente de mi porcentaje de asistencia a una academia de idiomas, mi situación legal en el país es totalmente lícita, y sus datos de asistencia tienen un impacto igual a cero sobre mi estatus de residencia no lucrativa. Intentar usar mis ausencias como mecanismo para amenazarme ante Extranjería es una práctica extremadamente ignorante y un claro abuso de poder. Además, mi ausencia es consecuencia directa del trato nefasto y discriminatorio de su profesora, sumado a la inacción absoluta de su departamento administrativo.

De verdad que ya no puedo soportarlo más. En su respuesta pública, primero afirman que "no existo en su base de datos" y, acto seguido, me acusan falsamente de usar la mala reseña para chantajear a la escuela y exigir un "certificado de asistencia ilegal". ¡Esto es una mentira total y se contradicen a sí mismos! Yo no tengo un visado de estudiante y un certificado de asistencia es papel mojado para mí, ¿para qué iba a chantajearles? Al principio quería mantener las formas y no dar la dirección exacta ni el nombre de la escuela, pero viendo esta actitud que tienen, ya me da absolutamente igual. Hago público el nombre de la escuela para que cada uno decida por sí mismo.

La escuela se llama Don Quijote, la academia de idiomas más cara de todo Madrid (la tarifa llega hasta 245 euros a la semana). Al menos el 60% de sus estudiantes proceden de China. Se lucran con el dinero de los chinos, pero llevan diez años tratando a nuestra comunidad con una discriminación sistémica. Si miráis mi post donde detallo el incidente de discriminación, veréis que muchísimos estudiantes chinos han tenido experiencias similares en esta famosísima cadena de academias en toda España.

Ya he entregado esta nueva carta de amenaza a mi asesor legal para que la evalúe. Sin embargo, esta situación me preocupa profundamente. Porque antes de mí, no sé a cuántos estudiantes chinos (que sí dependen de un visado de estudiante) habrán amenazado con estos mismos métodos, obligándoles a callar y a borrar sus reseñas por miedo tras sufrir discriminación. A principios del año pasado, vi de hecho un post en internet de otra persona quejándose del racismo de la profesora Marisa de esta escuela, exactamente igual que yo, pero ahora ya ha desaparecido por completo. No puedo evitar sospechar si la desaparición de ese post también está relacionada con sus amenazas.

No solo no voy a borrar de ninguna manera mi reseña real —es mi derecho legítimo a la libertad de expresión como consumidora—, sino que seguiré tomando todas las medidas posteriores necesarias para defender mis derechos legales como residente en España y garantizar que la comunidad asiática reciba un respeto igualitario aquí.

Huge safety concern!
My 13 year old son got sick during his second week in the camp last summer. It took hours to get in contact with someone from the camp. Someone went to take his temp and they left him the rest of the day without checking on him. No food, nothing to drink. I was traveling myself that day so I got only aware once I landed. When I got a hold of the director she told me that she could not get him a tea as the cantine was still closed and they would not give out even a tea for a sick child! Luckily his sister was as well in the camp and once she got back from her trip she ordered him tea and food from outside and took care of him for the remaining days. Not sure what would have happened without her being there.

Accommodation
They do not allow the parents to see the rooms when they drop off the kids. With good reason. They squeeze three hospital style bed in a room that is too small for 2 beds - separated by a tiny shelf where the kids should put their cloth. There is barely place left to walk around the bed. It has the flair of a refugee camp.

Language course
If your child is not a native Italian speaker or already very advanced the concept of only Spanish speaking does not work - at least not the way they do it. Even my daughter who has taken Spanish in school for 3 years sat in class without being able to follow the lessons most of the time. So don’t get fooled by the advisors telling you they are doing that system for many

I regret to share my extremely disappointing experience with Enforex Madrid, which ultimately resulted in a significant financial loss.

Due to an unexpected medical emergency, I was forced to discontinue my course prematurely. I promptly provided Enforex with official documentation from my physician and was assured by their staff that I would be able to reschedule my remaining classes. However, when I attempted to rebook several weeks later, I was informed that rescheduling was not possible, and I forfeited the entire course fee—a substantial amount.

A significant structural issue with Enforex is their centralized booking system: inquiries and administrative matters are not handled directly by the Madrid school but rather through a separate booking center located elsewhere in Spain. This arrangement creates unnecessary friction, delays in communication, and a lack of accountability that proved deeply frustrating throughout this process.

Beyond the administrative failures, the instruction quality at the A2 level was disappointing. The lessons lacked depth and structure, falling short of what one would expect from an established language institution, particularly given the premium pricing.

For prospective students in Madrid seeking quality Spanish language instruction with responsive customer service and fair policies, I would strongly recommend exploring alternative schools. The combination of inflexible policies, poor organizational structure, and mediocre teaching standards makes Enforex difficult to recommend.

Enforex Barcelona is highly unprofessional. My visa was officially denied and I provided the refusal letter exactly as required by their own refund policy (which clearly states one denial is enough). Despite this, after nearly 2 months I still have not received my refund. Instead, they keep inventing excuses and demanding irrelevant documents. This is dishonest, a violation of consumer rights, and I am filing complaints with authorities in Spain and Türkiye. Students should be very careful before trusting this company.

Enforex is a great school. Being able to study in the city center and enjoy other activities is definitely a plus! My relationship with other international students and teachers has been amazing and the campus is great! Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have an amazing experience while learning spanish!
