Absolutely scam of a company. Totally avoid them at all costs and go direct with the energy supplier. I was miss sold a tariff for my new business gas and electric , they got me to sign and once they got me onboard and got there £1250 commission form the supplier, they are impossible to get hold off if you need any support. I must of rang every day and emailed them for 6 weeks, always got the answer phone. Luckily we managed to cancel our contract with them through otherways and go direct with the supplier and got a better price. Honestly avoid this company.

I’ve just taken on my own shop so I needed a supplier but I didn’t want to stay with who I was with, I spoke with James who was extremely helpful and professional throughout our communication. He advised where I could help to get things moving quickly and luckily it was a smooth transition. It’s nice to know James is there if I have have any queries. Would highly recommend Energy Gurus!

Jade was amazing from start to finish. She's a down to earth friendly easy to talk to women and has gone the extra mile for me when I came across a problem with the new suppliers. Even though it wasn't her job to do so. I'm a new business and everything is very new to me in the business side if things and jade wad very understanding clear supportive and helpful.

Scott has managed all of our utility requirements both business and personal for some years now and we have found the service to be outstanding. Really cant recommend them enough, if there has been an issue they are straight on hand to resolve and always go above and beyond.

Adam gave us excellent service when looking for a new contract for gas & electricity. He acted really quickly and secured us some significant savings on our existing contract which is coming to an end. Plenty of brokers out there are ripping people off, but these guys bend over backwards to support their Customers. Really refreshing approach in what feels like a poorly regulated market in the UK.

Adam has been great helping us find our new energy supplier for two premises, and more recently our third. Using the service saved me hours of speaking to separate energy providers and stopped all the sales calls that normally follow. It is great to have them on hand if there are any teething problems. Scott has been great at handling all our contracts, communications and deals with energy providers for multiple companies. Efficient communication and is happy to explain everything in detail and goes the extra mile for our company which saves us a lot of time and hassle. I would highly reccomend Scott and his company.

I can't recommend Adam at Energy Guru's enough, after moving into a larger business premises and inheriting a rather expensive half hourly meter, the cold calling from other companies was relentless, pushy and jargon overkill.

Then Adam called and was really helpful, explained things to me like a human being and not an electricity professional. He went above an beyond on our first electricity contract 2 years ago and when the contract was up for renewal this February he wasn't pushy, he sent a quick email to advise me of new rates and then left me to it. Always on hand to help where he could, he even helped me liaise with the electricity company when I wanted to downgrade my meter. Which on a live chat could have taken me hours to get an answer, Adam had one on email within minutes. Highly recommend this Adam and this company. Made it so easy!
