Empress Arvostelua

Hard to find shoes for summer that are pain free for morton's neuroma as lighter styles can't accommodate a chunky orthotic. These are wonderfully comfy even worn with the insoles provided and they go with everything.
I started with beige for the summer but have ordered a second darker blue pair to see me through cooler seasons too. Very happy with them.

The products are top quality and customer service is prompt, warm, and professional.

Very cute. Fast shipping. BUT was supposed to get a free pair of arch insets and they were not sent.
Update: wow! They actually read this and are sending the inserts. Great customer service!

I love my square toe flats, and the new inserts make them much better!

The shipping was very easy and quick.

extremely helpful, no problems shipping to Scotland, fast service, great products.

These shoes are awesome! They are so comfortable, chic, stylish, and just overall a dream for your feet. If you have wide feet, especially in the toe area, these shoes will thank you!!!

Easy ordering, swift arrival, comfort, fit and looks. All as hoped and exceeded expectations! Love my new empress shoes.

I am on my feet nearly the whole day, and these shoes are a great support. My feet have the space they need for working.

Comfy and pretty. I can't ask for more.

Shipping is not good. I purchased shoes on Friday August 4. On Thursday August 10, at 9 pm, I'm still waiting for it to go to USPS.
I like the shoes but the shipping time is not good.

I just received my first pair of your shoes. I am so impressed. I have severe bunions and the shoes are so comfortable. I love them so much I ordered two more pairs and a few pairs of your socks. I travel a lot and they will be not only comfortable to wear around the airport but easy on and off at TSA. I love the bag that came in the box which I can store my shoes in, in my suitcase and keep any dirt away from my cloths. A big thank you!

Easy ordering process. Good info about determining fit. Thoughtful follow up. 😊

What wonderful shoes! Stylish and so comfortable. The cloud insoles make a perfect pair even better! Thank you!

The shoes are perfect for my wife feet and so comfortable and soft! There was an issue with my original order and the customer service was swift, courteous and supportive! I could not have asked for more!!!!!

Love your shoes so much that I ordered another pair 😍

The most comfortable shoes ever, it’s like walking on clouds!

Wow - the shoes! These are seriously comfortable AND cute shoes. Delivery to the UK was surprisingly quick and everything was in perfect order without excessive packaging. Even though it was a sweet gesture, I’d skip the pretty plastic rosebud, though, and gain even more environmental points 🙂 The company also makes it easy to contact them by emailing and asking if there are any questions etc. I’ll be back 😁

I absolutely love my new shoes! Buttery soft leather and so comfortable. I have a wide foot with high arches! This makes it difficult to find shoes. The ballerina flats were awesome so I had to get a pair of heels. The customer service I experienced was stellar too. My first order resulted in me receiving shoes not of the proper fit. When I reached out, the response was swift and the problem corrected immediately. I can’t say enough good things about the product or service. I will certainly be buying again.

I love your shoes. Please bring back the comfi flat.

I am a a repeat customer. The only thing I noticed on this pair of shoes is that the elastic on the right shoe is not the same as that on the left, or the other 2 pairs I bought. It is not as sturdy.
