empire distribution not acsepted invoice amazon why not acsepted

This company is fraudulent, I was selling on Amazon, and because of the products I bought from this company, my store was closed, I lost thousands of dollars and all my products were confiscated, this company is fraudulent, they do not provide invoices and their products are fake. please stay away. I got burned, you don't get burned.

I got deactivated by Amazon for a product I sourced from this company back in Dec 2023. Please avoid at all costs. They cannot help you get re-activated with support document that is required by Amazon.

WARNING!!!! Stay far away from Empire Distribution. If you buy from this company and sell on Amazon, your seller account WILL eventually get deactivated. As I was told by seller support, Amazon has flagged/blacklisted Empire Distribution. Other businesses related to the industry are very aware of Empire Distribution and suspect that they are flagged/blacklisted by Amazon due to the fact that they get inventory through illegitimate means. This may be part of the reason why, if Amazon requests documentation from a product that you purchased from Empire Distribution, Empire Distribution will ignore your request and simply point you to their “Terms and Conditions”. Empire Distribution heavily promotes their inventory to 3rd party Amazon sellers as evidenced by the fact that they include the Amazon link in their listings, that are available for purchase. Empire Distribution is very aware of how Amazon operates and Empire Distribution knows that Amazon routinely asks for invoices or other documents that verify product authenticity or establish the validity of the supplier. Unlike Empire Distribution, Amazon appreciates their customers and this is shown, by Amazon making sure their customers are purchasing products that are authentic, legitimate, and safe. However, as stated in their Terms and Conditions, which they conveniently point to when you need documents from them, they will not supply you with any, even if it means the suspension of your Amazon seller account and your funds in your Amazon seller account being forfeited.

The first and biggest red flag should be that this company does not answer the phone at all. All communication is done through Telegram App. No legitimate supplier/wholesaler/distributor conducts business like that. Building and establishing relationships with your customers is a big part of this industry. Most successful, legitimate businesses understand this concept. Any other supplier/distributor that I have purchased from, welcomed phone calls, especially if there was a problem/concern related to a product that I purchased from them. Not Empire Distribution. Conducting 100% of your business with your customers, through electronic communications is a clear sign that they do not value you as a customer. But they will tell you that they do value the relationships with their SUPPLIERS and are committed to maintaining trust, integrity, and privacy of THOSE relationships which is why they cannot give you any other documentation requested by Amazon, other than a general invoice. If Empire disputes this review I have screenshots and emails to validate my experience with them.

Do not buy from them, they will send bad products to Amazon, get your account deactivated and then when you ask them for a verifiable invoice, they will say they can not disclose their supply chain so you are on your own. I said bad product because i verified it myself not just customer’s reviews. If you sell on Amazon don’t buy from any telegram seller, they sell bad or stolen products.

Empire Distributors DONT DO Business with
Empire Distributors will FBA possibly old, possibly stolen, possibly counterfeit items (they wont say where they got items) to Amazon and get you deactivated. They will not verify what they sent, offer no authorizations that they have permissions to sell brand products. Only answer I got was basically "We will not give information or help you in anyway" We got your money, you saw the disclaimers on the invoice so, screw you. Dont do business with them.
You are the same company that sold the items.
Nice try to use different name (why are you answering if not you). Even after selling bad goods you still send a dig at the end that we need professional help. To hell with you and your company. DO NOT USE these shysters

All this canned answers. Blah Blah, The long and short of it is, there are many distributors that WILL send you a document to verify they have permission to sell a brand item. These guys wont. Find another distributor if you value your money

Very Responsive and great customer service. I couldn't be any happier as a customer to be working alongside Empire Distribution USA. Highly Recommend this Distribution for your company needs.

Empire is a high class company they have made my wholesale journey easier . They reply on time and they actually care for their customers. The most important thing about Empire is that they are honest and that is hard to find .

They are trustworthy and quick in response specially Sam. such a great guy .they have good products with reasonable profit margins if you have quick hands to analyze the products. because deals may be sold out in minutes. highly recommend to resellers on Amazon.

So I have somewhat mixed feelings about this wholesaler…

They are extremely professional and very responsive and a total pleasure to work with.

They have many open communication channels and respond immediately and provide fantastic and coherent support for whatever your issue may be.

They have pretty decent deals and prices. Their inventory is pretty extensive and they have a very diverse product assortment.

On the other hand, it is very difficult to actually buy anything because profitable inventory sells out in literally seconds of being posted.

Another issue I ran into is that they use some kind of third party storage and shipping services and sometimes there are issues with delays or lost shipments due to the shipper they use. Empire Distribution has always been wonderful in dealing with these issues, but I’d rather not have the issues in the first place.

Regardless, this is definitely one of the better whistlers that I’ve had to deal with.

Mashallah Products is very good and aggressive you can buy products without any hesitate.

If you know how to do a business they are the best. If you don't know what you are doing, in any business you might lose money.

Very poor quality website and has no social media activity I did not order yet but I think it's not a good idea to order from this website, the rest is up to you guys.

Totally useless. just printing their $. their invoice never works. selling in large quantity and same deal goes to everyone. totally loss at all.
