Arnaque totale, un colis reçu sur deux et encore de piètre qualité. Le marchand propose un remboursement partiel mais le le fait jamais. C'est aujourd'hui mon 32 ème message pour obtenir le remboursement. Réponse par message automatique stipulant que le remboursement prend environ 2 semaines. Nous sommes à 2 mois.... Fuyez

Their return policy is an absolute disaster! Not only can you not return it to them because of the insanely high shipping cost back to China, but they also do not give you full credit back! I have email proof for anyone to see them specifically tell me they can not refund the product fully. They tried to make amends by giving me a $15 credit on a $50 item. The credit is for their website. Horrible return policy!

I’ve just read the reviews I wish I’d read before I spent over $100 for an item I have no confidence I’ll ever see. I paid 3 weeks ago and haven’t even received a confirmation of purchase email or response from my email to their ‘support’address. The phone number is disconnected . If it looks a scam and sounds like a scam must be a scam. So disappointed.

Awful, awful, awful. Do NOT trust this scam of an app/website. I got a few shirts and pants that were over $200 and never received my package. I waited over two months and when I finally emailed Emmiol support, they never gave me a refund and blamed me for not receiving the package. Never trust this app and save your money.

I ordered a package six months ago. The delivery company supposedly failed to deliver it due to an incorrect address — even though the address was correct. The problems began when the package started returning abroad.

I’ve been dealing with customer service for half a year now, only to receive the same automated response telling me my package is ready for pickup at the local post office. However, both the tracking information and the shipping company confirmed that the package was returned almost six months ago.

I’ve explained this to customer service multiple times, but I keep getting the same automated message urging me to pick up the package as soon as possible.

I had even purchased insurance for the shipment through them, which was supposed to guarantee a refund if anything happened to the package during transit.

In the end, I lost over 100 euros. Avoid this company at all costs!

The material of these clothes are terrible quality. Likewise their customer service is also terrible quality. My order arrived yesterday in the wrong size and I’ve contacted their customer support email numerous times trying to ask for a refund or for them to send me the same order in the correct sizing. They admitted the mistake was from their warehouse and offered me a small gift card or a partial refund (15%) if I kept the incorrectly sized clothing which is not a lot considering the price that I paid for one clothing piece. I replied asking for a full refund but they haven’t responded further. My order took over three months to arrive as well, and I could say a lot more but I’ll leave it here. Don’t waste your time with buying your clothes from here.

He pagado 120€ por mi pedido. Lo raro empezó cuando han dividido mi pedido en 2: el pantalón llegó al tiempo, el resto de ropa se atasco en almacén de empresa logística según ellos. El mensajero nunca vino (se porque siempre hay alguien en casa).
Me dieron una web muy cutre de una empresa sin dirección y con teléfono que nunca atienden, para seguir mi paquete. El estado de pedido no se cambiaba en 2 meses después de que desapareció por completo. Me hace pensar que la web está hecho por ellos. La compañía de logística es demasiado oculta .. No conozco ninguna que funciona de esta manera.. aunque trabajo en el sector... En fin .. una esquema más para engañar a la gente...

Finalmente y después de la reseña se pusieron en contacto con nosotros, no vamos a recuperar la totalidad del dinero, pero nos s dieron varias opciones, una tarjeta regalo de 20 dólares. Esa es la mejor opción.

I put in a promo code for money off (only £2.73) and the delivery charge went from £4.99 to £7 something so i was still paying the exact same price. Seemed a bit dodgy as when i took the code back off shipping went back to original again.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY from Emmiol!!! The products are poor quality and defective, and the customer service is even worse!
I paid $45 for a pair of jeans, plus $23 shipping cost, as a gift for my son. It took forever (about a month) to receive the item. We received a DEFECTIVE pair of jeans because there was no buttonhole cut and sewn into the jeans. I contacted customer service, sent them a photo of the defective jeans, and they refused to admit it was defective, therefore insisting I would be responsible for the return shipping costs, and only offered to provide 15% refund of the product cost only, which amounts to $6.75. Pathetic! Save yourself from the disappointment and frustration!!

The response from Emmiol doesn’t address my complaint accurately. I did NOT say the item doesn’t fit; I said it’s DEFECTIVE. Big difference. Also, I spent a full month going back and forth with emails to rectify the issue, and the customer service was terrible, continuing to tell me I would only be refunded a fraction of my expense. Ultimately, they offered to refund me 30% of the cost of the item (but no refund on shipping cost), which would be a refund of $13.50 after I spent $70 for the item & shipping cost. What a joke!! That was one month ago, and I still have not received any refund. Emmiol is a TOTAL SCAM!!

It is absolute scam. After failure on time delivery and a number of my push e-mails, I was informed that the item is out of stock. I have refused their replacement offers and asked to cancelled order and full refund. I bought the item elsewhere. Few days later, after the order was cancelled they informed me that the item was sent out. Ship out date was after order cancellation. I didn't accepted it. Now they refuse to refund until I send them the item back to China! They said, that shipping charge is deducted from refund and additionally I pay return shipping cost! In this way they expect me to pay for all their failures!! In addition, they asked me to cheat on shipping documents and undervalue the item on custom declaration, to let them not pay the custom duty! Is it legal?
Moreover I've got impression that their customer service is a chatbot that keep answering emails with the same text without understanding the problem. I asked them for full refund and arrange collection from delivery address. Their customer service "chatbot" keep answering the same request of sending back the item and pay for shipment. Terrible!

Regarding Emmiol reply. It is Chatbot! It keep answering without understanding the matter. Where did I mentioned it doesn't fit? The case is not if the item fits or not. I do not care what they send, as it was shipped out after order was cancelled - without my approval. So it is not mine and I do not need it.
It is 07/03/2025 and still there is no any response from Emmiol, even if I have updated requested information about the order.

Would have give them zero stars if possible. Avoid this website at all costs. Took my money, received no parcel and the only way to contact them is via emails which they don't reply to.

Der bestellte Artikel (Hoodie aus Baumwolle) ähnelte ausser hinsichtlich des Musters noch nicht einmal dem zugesandten Artikel (Trainingsjacke aus Kunstoffmaterialien). Nach vielen, vielen Mails wurde immer noch kein Geld zurück überwiesen, nicht einmal eine Teilsumne, auf die wir uns runterhandeln liessen. Der Rückversand nach China müsste selbst bezahlt werden. Betrügerfirma.
