Extremely prompt delivery despite it…
Extremely prompt delivery despite it being overseas and quite costly. Very impressed with the equipment, and clients really enjoying as well. Have recommended this to quite a few colleagues, and also surprised how many other colleagues have jumped on the this already to support their EMDR practice.
Such a mark up in design from my previous equipment. A good investment!

Highly reccommend
I ordered a light bar from the company and later ordered an additional accessory for it. They emailed me directly to ask if there was an issue with my light bar or anything they could help me with and to remind me that I was under a 2 year warranty, which I really appreciated! I confirmed that I ordered the accessory separately. The shipping has been very fast for my two orders and I love the product. I have had no issues and would recommend this to anyone. Communication has been great as well.

The kit seems good so far
The kit seems good so far. Shipping was fast. I wasn’t expecting to pay extra taxes upon receiving the package, that could’ve been better indicated during purchase process. Easy to start to use. Would be helpful if: there was a battery indicator and if the BLS told you how many sets you’ve done. Happy so far.

Hi Danleigh, thank you for sharing your feedback with us!
We're located in the Netherlands, so unfortunately import and tax will be issued by your country upon import. It's important to us that you get the best experience with our ordering process and look forward to doing better in the future!
A battery indicator can be seen when connecting to the Pulsators and Light Tube via the app: a small battery icon next to each of them shows the current battery level. With 1 or 2 bars you are still good for the rest of the day!
The amount of sets should be visible in the bottom of your screen: you set the total amount and it will count towards it. For instance 12 sets will look like 1/12 counting up to 12/12. Please reach out at info@emdrkit.com if there is anything we can help clear up or offer assistance with: we're here to help!

EMDR Kit - Yes buy it
The ordering experience was excellent. I had a question and customer care responded the same day. The order arrived within a few days, same week of purchase.
The EMDR Kit is beautiful! The case is quality, as are the light bar, tappers and headphones. Set up is quick. Really like the app features (count, flash, etc).
The experience - my clients like having options for the light color, and all have responded well to the transition from manual to the EMDR Kit. I like having everything set and controlled via app, so that I can focus on the client and process.
No regrets buying the EMDR Kit, it is next level.
