Een werkelijk uitstekende service die ik zelden tegenkom.

Ik had zelf een fout gemaakt, die fout heeft Louis opgelost.

Het contact was ontzettend fijn, menselijk vol passie en ervaring. Zowel telefonisch als via mail. Sterker nog Louis belde mij op een warme zaterdagmiddag om mijn probleem op te lossen.

Geweldige man met passie en ervaring.

Order placed on May/2025. After the first 2-3 emails, nothing happened. I made the mistake of paying by wire transfer.

I emailed Eltim in July/2025, some explanations about health issues but everything should be "soon" back to normal.

Now I've been trying to reach them in late November/2025 with no response from email or Whatsapp.

I want a refund, but it was a b2b deal so I consider the money gone.

Do not buy from them.

I ordered a product from Eltim.eu because it was listed as in stock on their website.
However, I never received the item.

Eltim told me on October 23rd, 2025, that a refund had been processed via Buckaroo, but I have not received any money on my credit card.
When I contacted Buckaroo, they informed me that only the merchant (Eltim) can provide transaction details or proof of refund.

I have emailed Eltim several times, and they only replied after many days, saying they had “mixed me up with someone else.”
So far, I have no confirmation or evidence that the refund was ever made.

This is not a reliable or professional company, and I advise other customers to be cautious when ordering from them.

Bietet Ware an, die seit langem nicht mehr lieferbar ist, z.B. Tonabnehmer wie das Goldring MM 2500 oder das MC Legacy. Goldring hat seit langer Zeit keine 2500er noch das Legacy mehr lieferbar.
Es heisst: "Muss bestellt werden". Nur kann man die nicht mehr bestellen.

Umfangreiches Sortiment - selbst von nicht mehr aktuellen Produkten, günstige Preise, schnelle Lieferung.

Avoid this company. They don’t have the items listed on their website and do not reply via their multiple listed contacts. I only got a reply because I raised a PayPal dispute and then all I got was sarcastic comments. As you can see by the reply by them below, Completely poor and only reply once a case is raised against them and reviews like this. Most companies were back 2nd of January but gave extra days to allow for the new year lol still no reply and this joker is still trying to say it me lol. Avoid this company all costs, look at the other poor reviews this guys is a complete idiot. Tips for you ELTIM audio BV 1. If on holiday and your shop closed until xxx date how about put that on your website? Not hard is it lol 2. If items are in stock, put in stock, if not in stock and may take time to order or is difficult to get, either don’t put it on your website or send an email upon of eta offering refund if etc 6 months etc is too long. Again not hard is it? lol You need to look at a different profession as you aren’t cut out for this plain and simple.

Well, let me tell you that these people were the only ones that brought me some "exotic" air core inductors, which were listed OEM by the manufacturer, that means that you have to order them to be manufactured ... and it also means that your business relation with them must be strong from the financial point of view to be taken into consideration for a request like that ... (I don't even want to start to tell you about the answers that I got from the retailers/providers from my country when I asked if they can bring me such coils, because i will get angry again :-).
Most of the providers prefer to have listed the "hot stuff" on their websites the merchandise that is easy to procure, and easy and fast selling stuff ...
Not these people, they have listed things almoust impossible to be found if you want to buy them ... RESPECT! ... and of course that they don't have in stock such things, and of course that you have to pay in full in advance, and of course it takes time for a provider to fulfill exotic requests, and of course it will take more time than usual for busy people to answer your questions ... but you know? ... patience is a virtue!
I am super happy, very satisfied, I bow down and take off my hat to these people!

Perfect, just be a little patient, payment by PayPal without problem

Save your nerves, time and shop elsewhere.
ELTIM does not have the items listed on the store's website. Contact with the seller exists until the order is placed. Then, if you have any questions, you are not going to get answers.
If you really want to take the risk, pay ONLY by PayPal, otherwise you may have to wait weeks, months, or perhaps never recover your money.
I advise you to buy in stores such as Audiophonics. or Bonzai, where the goods are available.

Bij een bestelling geen acht geslagen op levertijd. Dit terwijl de website daar wel duidelijk melding van maakt. Omdat er een deadline was (product was cadeau voor een verjaardag) gebeld en product gecanceled. Geen enkel probleem, bedrag werd per omgaande teruggestort. Maar wat net zo leuk was was het onverwachte gesprek dat ik voerde met de gepassioneerde eigenaar/ondernemer. Uit 't goede hout gesneden. Die zijn er niet veel meer.

On 10th of July i have ordered a cable from this company - payed by my credit card.
Contacted them several times - they were claiming that they don't have the cable because it is a new product even if it was on their online webshop and you could buy it regularly. Waited for couple of weeks - they stil don't have it.
Asked them to cancel my order and refund - i am affraid i might not get a refund (had to pay by PayPal - way easier to get a refund).
I am not angry at them, just dissapointed....
I wonder how is it possible to have something on your webshop and sell it if you don't have it - and you don't have it for couple of weeks after the purchase.
Also, sadly i found this page on TrustPilot - had to find it sooner... I am affraid i will not do any business with this company again.

Edit: Eltim was kind and notified me that they initiated a refund back to my card and that they are in business for 23 years which is great.... maybe it would be good from their side to decide not to offer on their webshop what they don't have on storage

2x iets besteld, op de site staat levering binnen 3 dagen, na maanden wachten en bellen en mailen nog niks. Mijn advies: Doe het niet! bestel ergens anders

Niets dan lof voor Eltim audio B.v.
1. Een kenner en liefhebber van echte Audio
2. Mooi assortiment op een heldere en probleemloze website.
3. Nu meerdere bestellingen gedaan en altijd prima levering.
Natuurlijk kan het voorkomen dat een onderdeel niet op voorraad is. Maar het wordt ALTIJD geleverd.

Voor mij is Eltrim the "go to" shop voor vintage en vervangende onderdelen.
Voor mij is de Eltrim service een begrip.

Habe dort am 16.02.24 Waren im Wert von 103,3 € bestellt und bezahlt und darauf hin eine Bestellbestätigung erhalten. Die Ware wurde bis zum 13.03.24 nicht geliefert und ich habe auch keine Versandbestätigung erhalten. Habe dann an die extra auf der Webseite angegebene email Adresse für laufende Aufträge eine Erinnerung gesendet, mit der Bitte um Lieferung oder die Bekanntgabe eines angemessenen Liefertermins.
Da eine Reaktion des Verkäufers ausblieb habe ich am 27.03.24 ein Charge Back Verfahren bei meinem Kreditkarten Finanzdienstleister eingeleitet.
Meine bezahlte Ware wurde bis heute nicht geliefert und ehrlich gesagt rechne ich auch nicht mehr damit.

Zu meiner Überraschung wurde die Ware mit gut zwei Monaten Verzögerung letzten Endes doch noch geliefert. Obwohl ich mir woanders längst Ersatz besorgt habe und die Ware nun eigentlich nicht mehr benötigte, habe ich mich dazu entschlossen es dabei zu belassen.
Schade um das Geschäft, denn eigentlich ist das Angebot insgesamt nicht schlecht ... weshalb das jetzt so gelaufen ist - wir wissen es nicht.

op 16 december 2023 een behuizing besteld, na een week navraag gedaan over de bestelling, kreeg ik een heel lullige email dat ze bol.com niet zijn waar elk uur een auto voor de deur staat, vervolgens hierbij gelaten, in het nieuwe jaar opnieuw een bericht gestuurd over mijn bestelling, geen antwoord. tot in een keer een mail binnen kwam dat vorige week mijn product binnen zou komen, helaas niet dus. opnieuw geinformeerd, naar aanleiding van de laatste mail, weer een antwoord dat er nog geen zicht op levering is, inmiddels een maand verder nog geen producten. wel alles van te voren betalen!!!! ik wil mijn geld terug en koop hier nooit meer iets, deze mensen moeten eerst netjes leren communiceren.

Ik koop al zo'n 20 jaar bij Eltim en ben een zeer tevreden klant goede service en adviezen en mooie producten ,sommige producten zijn wat moeilijker leverbaar dus dat duurt iets langer maar koop hier kwaliteitproducten die niet iedereen heeft

Been working with ELTIM for at least 7 years now. I know Louis to be a very knowledgeable and professional enthousiast. Wealth of knowledge. I’m reading some harsh reviews here but have to say I can not relate to those experiences at all. I guess some people don’t understand this is a niche webshop run by a limited number of people, so mistakes are made.

Zero stars if I could have chosen that.
ELTIM Audio BV has ignored me in 5 monts now,
they got my money, but I got nothing…

So if You dare to made an order with Eltim,
You always have to pay with PayPal,
because then You can get Your money back,
I paid per banktransfer, Big Mistake, because ELTIM just kept my money, ignored me and send nothing.

I hope this is the first and last time a company treats their customers like this, it is cheating and fraud.

Fantastic a respons from ELTIMs..Please get it fixed now, that the Mundorf wire I ordered still shows it is in stock and the same is the case with the wire in yellow Teflon. They had been in stock in 5 months now, at Your website, but the truth is that they are out of stock and then other customers can still make an order and come in the same situation like mine…
You just send the cable etc. when it comes in stock, but get better at answering and not just ignoring your customers. It's not right.

Hi, I have received my order, so trustpilot are a good thing…
They have had the wire in yellow teflon in stock a long time, but they were simply lost track of my order somehow and focused on the arrival of white wire, instead of reading my suggestions/emails and respons.

Onlangs wisselfilters voorzien van mooie nieuwe componenten, uitstekend geholpen en geadviseerd door Louis van Eltim Audio. Prima prijzen en service, van harte aanbevolen!
