Sooo .. I'm gathering by these & other sites horrific complaints, that no one on here has received their quarantined promise of $20,000 dollars per their ad for Eloria rosemary shampoo

Totally a scam. The products are not received after two weeks. They placed the same order for me after one week. When I complain, they sent you a link to cancel, but once you enter the website, there is no cancel or edit but buy again. And it shows that they subscribed for me monthly without my permission. I just want to warn others not to be trapped. I searched and found that their order is from China which is sold for 1.99 on AliExpress. I don’t think it is something you want to put on your body.

I purchased 2 on December second,
And today the 9 i got charged for another 2 bottles!!
On the top of that i didn’t even received the order yet ( I hope i receive it) I already reported to my Bank.

DO NOT order from this SCAMMERS EVER!!!

I placed 1 order and still haven’t received it but immediately after I placed the 1 order I noticed that my credit card had been charged for a 2nd order that I never placed so I tried emailing 6 times to cancel the so called subscription and tried the link to cancel my subscription 7 times but every time it takes me to a site that says “Bad URL”. Obviously it’s intentional that they set it up so that you can’t cancel your subscription. I contacted my bank and my credit card company and even they got the same page saying “Bad URL” when they tried to cancel my subscription. So now we know for sure EloriaBeauty is for sure a scam company. I have reported them to the Canadian Anti Fraud Agency.

What ever you do do NOT ever deal with this company.

I am also dealing with Shopify regarding EloriaBeauty because they should be shutting them down on their website. I have a ticket number and they are investigating. I’m hoping I get some results.

This company is scam, I never received my first order and they charged for the 2nd shipment. That one not received either.
Their phone number is not a valid and I have emailed three times with no response.

I ordered 1 item, was charged and sent another within days, when queried, was told nothing could be done as it had already been dispatched, despite my emailing the day of the second order confirmation and that I had automatically been subscribed with that one purchase.

Needless to say, I will be returning BOTH items when they arrive and reporting this episode to my bank as this additional, unexpected purchase too me into overdraft!
