I am writing this to alert the Canadian community about a sophisticated "Subscription Trap" operating through this storefront.

Technical Evidence of Fraud: A forensic audit of the site’s HTTP Archive (HAR) and backend code has identified that this store is a "Ghost Store" using the permanent Shopify handle: 2qq014-z0.myshopify (Internal Store ID: 94987288894).

Security Warning: My investigation found an active "Magecart-style" interceptor script at api.config-security:com/event. This is an unauthorized third-party domain used to harvest credit card metadata and keystrokes during the checkout process.

Legal & Regulatory Violations: 1. Unauthorized Charges: The merchant is engaging in "Negative Option Billing," triggering weekly unauthorized charges of approximately $44.96. 2. Mandate Breaches: The site violates 2026 Visa/Mastercard mandates requiring frictionless cancellation and 7-day billing reminders. There is no listed phone number or support email, making cancellation impossible. 3. Misrepresentation: Forensic metadata confirms the use of AI-generated product imagery (confirmed filename: ChatGPT_Image_Aug_26..._PM-removebg-preview.png) rather than real inventory.

Action for Victims: Report this to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre (CAFC) and the Competition Bureau. Provide your bank with the permanent Shopify handle above to ensure a successful chargeback under "Material Misrepresentation."

I fell for this scam online store Eloria beauty. I ordered a shampoo on January 15th 2026, for 24,09 USD, item is not received more than 5 days later. On January 22nd my card got an additional double charge of 44 USD for another shampoo that I did not authorize.

I order 2 bottles of shampoo n it has been 3 weeks now n no shampoo what happen to my order still waiting or I am going to dispute it as fraud bc the money came out of my account

Absolutely rubbish and lies

ALERT, ALERT!!!! SCAM!!! My initial order was for 34.91 for 4 bottles deal. Later I was charged $44.93 every week for one bottle each order. I reached out by email and they said they cancelled my subscription that I didn't know I was subscribed at the first place. After they said they've cancelled, I still get charged for orders automatically for $44.93 each that I did not order. I emailed again but it was never resolved so I reached out to my bank. After I reached out to my bank, I got my refunds for 4 orders totalled $179.72. My initial order was two weeks before Christmas 2025 but only received 2 small bottles middle of January 2026 that I was charged for over $200 including my initial order that I ordered for one purchase only. WATCH FOR THE FINE PRINT AND DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH THIS COMPANY OUT OF CHINA.

I ordered a shampoo for 9.99 and with Tax 14.00 on Jan 7th till now i have not received it plus the company took out 44.99 dollars from my acct. Plse do not trust this company. They are Fraud

Eloria is a scam! I placed a order for their shampoo and it took over a month to deliver. Before I received the tiny shampoo they had already charged me for another order which I did not authorize. I have not received the second order and haven't received a refund. I keep sending them emails and I do not get a response!!!

My wife is getting her hair back post brain radiation and to aid growth she ordered a trial rosemary shampoo. The price is US$45 and every week since our credit card has been charged as a subscription. You try and cancel the subscription on their site and you cannot. Many emails to them and you can’t get it cancelled. Do not use them as they are scammers in every sense.

I ordered 4 bottles of Rosemary Shampoo, which was on special for hair growth, on January 11, 2026. There was a promotion of $39.00 CAN.
When I checked my bank account the next day, they took $49.80 CAN.
I let it go , maybe it was the US higher rate , but the next week they ripped me off by $65 CAN.
I contacted them in between 4 times.
I have received 1 simple email saying the tracking # .
I wanted to rectify their mistake on there belhalf. -No answer, no email,l NOTHING AT ALL -
I sent them another email asking why they took so much money. still no answer.
There are just a bunch of thieves. Ripping off simple people like me. Very sad and decepointed I got a total of 114.80$ STOLEN by a scam fake company. PLEASE, GUYS, BE CAREFUL.

I ordered one bottle of Eloria Hair Loss shampoo on Jan 5/2026 and was charged $35.16, then on Jan 12/2026 they charged me another $64.09 for shampoo I did not order and I did not authorize that second payment. I sent several emails from Jan 12-17 and they still have not responded. This website is a scam and don't get fooled like everyone else.

I ordered and paid but didn't receive it . Then I found it takes over 40 pounds again from my account . It seems a scam. I should check the reviews before I place order.

They never deliverd the products and charged for products we didn’t request. We had to cancel the credit the credit card.

I ordered their product in December, BEGINNING OF DECEMBER. First, I got a message "thank you for your order. We will update you when your order is processed." As they promised, I got an email stating my "order has been processed and will be mailed out". The next email I received was an email with the tracking number. First the tracking number would work. Then a week later, when I clicked on the tracking number, I got a message that said the "tracking number does not exist". I screenshot it and sent it to them and I have not heard a word from them. Today, January 12,2026, I sent them another email and wouldn't you know, the email comes back as "undeliverable".

This is a Fraud company and fraud product. Do not buy. Do not use your Credit card number at all. They will charge you every week without sending the real product. I never received my first product ordered on December 24th, 2025. And they charged me again on 31st $ 65. I was shocked. Then I told my bank to cancel my credit card completely. Pls do not trust their YouTube Ads at all. We should complain the authorities about this Eloria company

I would rate this company less than a one star if possible. I ordered the Eloria Beauty Rosemary shampoo 220 grams or 7.76oz
Nov at the end of Nov and exactly one week later my card was hit again for the second shipment. I disputed the payment for the second order ($44) and received a credit after emailing the company about their sketchy business practices. That was before I received the first shipment which was delivered 1 month later. Instead of receiving what I ordered, I received Hoegoa Rosemary shampoo 3.38oz - 1/2 the size of the bottle I paid for!! Today I received the second shipment of 3.38oz. I now have more or less what I ordered in the beginning.

I’d like to know how to bring a class action lawsuit against this company.

Haven't received my order and checked delivery number and it comes up sorry can't find your order please try again and this has upset me alot and I am going to my bank having a block put on so the can't take money out

Just sent email I ordered new growth shampoo l have very thick hair and have it thined out regularly no use for this I never even heard of this co nor did I give any credit card for it package will be refused if I get anything how they can steal your credit card and do this when I have card is unbeleiveable

I purchased 2 bottles of the shampoo with rosemary and i never received them and you all took two payments from my account this morning 12/26/2025 without my permission and I didn't authorize it and you all did not send me the 2 bottles of Shampoos i think you all are scamming me
