Elliotts Estate Agents Arvostelua

Symon at Elliot's was amazing. Very professional, great communicator and always going the extra mile to ensure the sale process ran as smoothly as possible (which it did!!). I could not recommend Symon and Elliot's more highly. Many thanks so much for an excellent job done!! Tom B

I bought my first flat through Elliotts and at every contact the team were very friendly and helpful. You walk through the door at the Hove office and are greeted with a smile from everyone! Symon was in regular contact with helpful updates throughout the process and was always approachable. If I come to sell, I will be choosing Elliotts as my agents.

Elliots were great. A tricky purchase with lots of tricky negotiations to do. Jordan was knowledgable, experienced and managed all parties skilfully and tactfully. He showed care and consideration and communication from the whole team was excellent throughout the process.

Elliotts helped me sell my flat in a tough market. It took a lot of time and persistence but we got there in the end! Jordan was always at the end of the phone - through the good and the bad. Thanks for your help.

Symon was very helpful at a difficult time

Elliots smoothed the bumps in the road in a sale that had few stumbling blocks.
Elliots were always quick to respond, quick to follow through with buyer and myself. They were calm, measured and at times reassuring.
I was listened too, talked through processes that needed clarification with patience and professionalism.
All the team were knowledgable and helpful about my sale when Symon was not at his desk. They were a "Team"......
I would recommend Elliots they were respectful, proactive and above all the relationship between myself and the team was easy.

Very good! There were some unexpected delays due to probity, but communication was good and these were resolved asap

Really helpful team and Ben was an essential source of sanity at a time when the sale was getting down to the stressful stuff.

Great experience buying with Elliotts, all the way from first viewing to completion. Many thanks to Brian, Jordan and Ben for their help and assistance throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

Recently sold my flat with Elliotts and could not recommend them more highly. They were efficient and offered a competitive rate with their fees. They kept me updated with how things were going and chased the relevant people as necessary. Special shoutout must go to Symon, Ben, Sally & Jordan for making this a smooth process with viewings and all the work that came after!

It is really thankful to meet all of you in the firm especially Ben, Symon, Sally, Steve, Jordan that help me to find a nice property in the city like handling the enquiries, showing us the property, updating you in regular basis. They are helpful and working like a team. Even if someone is on leave or out for working, other staff wound be ready and catch up with you in everything. Definitely recommend Elliotts for you.

Really helpful. Fantastic communication from Ben and Symon they were so understanding at a very difficult time and kept me informed every step of the way. I would recommend Elliots in Hove .

Ben and Brian did a great job on my sale. They partnered well with another agency to get a buyer and managed to negotiate the buyer down from wanting to knock money off the price to a reasonable figure. They were great at communicating and did their best to advance the sale, proactively seeking information from the buyer and facilitating us being in direct contact at the right time of the transaction so we could agree last details. If only the other agents up and down the related chain had provided such a service.

What a wonderful estate agent! I was with Move with Us an online estate agents and had an awful time. Ben and Symon at Elliot’s took over the sale for me they were professional and informative. The house was sold and off the market in double quick time. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend you use them

Elliotts are the best estate agents I've ever had dealings with. I purchased my first property through Elliotts and they were very friendly and helpful. When I'm ready to upsize I'll certainly use them to sell my property too.

I had a rental viewing with Elliot’s, the whole process was handled with competence. The agent (Steve) was on time, very well spoken, and keen to give me all the information I needed. Highly recommend.

Excellent, professional estate agency providing good, reliable guidance and communication throughout a sale process.

Can not recommend Elliot’s enough, the whole team were excellent through our house moving process. A special thanks to Symon who made a typically stressful experience much more manageable, going great lengths to ensure both parties were looked after. We will certainly be using the team at Elliot’s again!

Chose Elliots and Symon after checking 2 other agencies. Symon and his colleagues were well prepared, took the trouble to provide useful stats about the property market in Hove, weren´t unrealistic about outcomes, and weren´t ´pushy´.
They were friendly, professional and diligent. Wonderfully refreshing, they answered questions and queries promptly - no long waits on the telephone while a disembodied voice told one how important the call was to the Company!

We chose to use Elliotts when putting our house on the market as they were the most transparent, realistic and knowledgeable agents that we spoke to.
Our experience from start to finish has been simple, VERY speedy, and stress free!
This is entirely down to the team at Elliotts. I have to mention Symon in particular who in my opinion is incredibly adept at his job. Symon has given us fantastic advice, given us room to breathe and generally is sh#t hot at his job!!
I can't thank him and the team at Elliotts enough.
