Elliotts Estate Agents Arvostelua

Although a difficult time to sell my apartment, the communication from Symon was exemplary. I never felt out of the loop and could see the work being done in the background. Would thoroughly recommend Elliot’s and would use again if I ever decide to move.

Very impressed with the communication and professionalism of the Elliotts team in the Hove branch. Brian and Ben kept me fully informed at each stage of the negotiations and would highly recommend them.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Elliotts to sell my flat in Hove. I was impressed by the level of professionalism, patience, and dedication Steve and his team provided.

But what truly sets Steve and his team apart is that they are just genuinely nice, mature, and trustworthy people. Their honesty and integrity made the entire process feel safe and comfortable.

If you're looking to sell a property, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Brian and his team worked really hard with this sale. It was not a straight forward sale and Brian came up with many solutions to the problems we had using his experience and contacts. There were times when we felt like giving up but Brian held our hands and got us over the line. Many thanks.

I have recently completed on my first property through Elliotts. Symon was fantastic through the whole process, regularly giving me advice and updates as and when required.

I would recommend both Symon and Elliotts to anyone looking to purchase or sell.

Easy sales experience through Symon and Elliotts. Good communication throughout and a smooth process. Would definitely recommend.

Huge thanks to Symon and team for helping us secure our family home in Brighton. Responsive, communicative and importantly, offering stock that is fairly priced. Little thank you gift as a nice touch as was the offer of help post sale.

Massive thanks to the team and Symon in particular for helping us with our property sale. Symon was approachable, patient, professional and efficient throughout the whole process, a real credit to the business. Couldn’t recommend Elliotts highly enough.

There are always two aspects to a property purchase - the actual work, and the attitude of the agents. In terms of the work, I found Elliotts to be thoroughly knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and totally reliable. I received regular check-in calls, and a high degree of 'customer service'. As for attitude, everyone I dealt with at Elliotts was friendly, caring, and 'on the ball'. They are all delightful - a rarity in the world of estate agency in my experience.

I hope (in the nicest possible way!) never to buy another property, but if I should find myself needing to do so in Hove, I wouldn't go anywhere else, and I'd highly recommend to anyone searching for a home in Hove to start their search with Elliotts.

Elliots was the estate agent selling the house I have just bought and everything about the process was great. The viewing, the second viewing and then the communication all through. And their broker was enormously helpful with finding a mortgage for me. All good!

Sold our flat through Elliotts of Hove. They were very efficient and helpful, and provided a professional approach to the sale . I found Ben very useful in finding a buyer, and recommending a local solicitor. We were kept up to date with all aspects of the sale, and as a result, everything ran smoothly to exchange and completion. Overall, we felt confident with Elliotts , and would use them again

We recently sold our house through Elliotts and would highly recommend them. The advice given was spot on and they clearly care about their customers. The whole team were brilliant but we’d particularly like to thank Steve and Ben for all their support and great communication. We have recommended Elliotts to friends who are selling.

Recently sold my flat through Elliotts, had used them previously and was impressed with the service they provided. On this occasion they did not disappoint from valuation to completion they were a highly professional team and kept me informed throughout, Would highly recommend Elliotts, house buying/selling is a stressful experience but they made it easier with their support and care

We recently sold a house through Elliots, and out of several properties we've sold in the past year, this was by far the best and fastest sale. Symon, in particular, was incredibly helpful, proactive, and had excellent communication throughout the process. His dedication made a significant difference. Highly recommend Elliots for their top-notch service and efficiency.

Our house purchase process with Elliot's was excellent throughout, handled professionally but with real care & a personal approach.

As is any case buying a house isn't straightforward & in our case time from offer to completion was lengthy due to the sellers stipulations, however Symon was fantastic throughout, offering advice, support & expertise going above & beyond to ensure the sale went through. I genuinely think had it been another agent who didn't care as much, we would not now be living in our dream home in beautiful Hove.

Honesty & integrity meant we were able to make the right decisions at the right time in the best interests of all parties.

Thanks to all the team at Elliot's & especially Symon for the support.

All round great service from the team at Elliotts.
Firstly being shown the properties I wanted to see, rather than those the agent wanted to shift. The viewings were all well planned and timed to suit me. The process through offer to acceptance was all seamless and all my queries were dealt with promptly.
The final hand over was all smooth as well so i have no problems with recommending Elliotts to anyone.

Symon and the whole Elliotts team have been great from start to finish. They are friendly, efficient and take a lot of care to understand our circumstances. Would highly recommend them.

I recently moved into my new home which I bought with the support from the entire Elliots team. The purchase was in a chain of 6 with me being at the bottom of the chain. Offer was accepted in November and I moved end of May. The team kept me informed throughout, I trusted the team implicitly and I know Elliots had my back from start to finish, which is a perfect position to be in as a buyer. I also used their recommended solicitor who are located in the same building as Elliots - dream team work. I highly recommend Elizabeth and team at Taylor and Rose Solicitors.
I cannot thank the team enough. They helped me start a new chapter in my life and I'll be eternally grateful to them as they made this happen for my children and I.

I had the pleasure of working with Elliotts on the sale of my flat. They are a highly professional company and I can thoroughly recommend them. In particular, Steve Boone was most helpful and patient.

A great team of people who are always happy to help. Symon was brilliant in both selling my place and my purchase at fare prices. I would highly recommend Elliot’s to anyone buying or selling 👍
