Elliotts Estate Agents Arvostelua

Jordan was really responsive and always personable, even with I was sending questions his way almost everyday. I felt I could always rely on the team at Elliotts; which as a first time buyer really meant a lot.

I bought my flat in Hove through Elliotts 12 years ago and I remembered it was smooth so I decided to use them to sell it and I'm glad I did!
Brilliant service from start to finish by Symon and anyone who needed to fill in. Always keeping me up to date on progress and transparent with all information and feedback from prospective buyers.
I have recommened Elliotts to friends already!

The best in Sussex!
Couldn’t recommend them enough, knew exactly what we were after and helped us through the entire process of buying our first flat.

We recently sold our flat in Hove via Elliotts. Both Ben and Brian did a fantastic job for us. They kept us updated and well informed throughout the process, and always available when we needed to speak to them. We would be very happy to use them again in the future and to recommend them to anyone we know who is looking to move

I would have given Elliotts 10 stars if I could. Exceptional service, Ben kept in touch with me every step of the way during a long process due to a problem with the lease on the flat we were buying. Once the lease issue was resolved Ben continued to update me regularly. We are so grateful and would use Elliotts without question if we are in a position to sell.

It is important to remember that estate agents are incentivised to sell a home for their seller/client. So, as we all have probably experienced, Estate Agents can often be pretty rude and just downright unhelpful when you are a buyer. Elliotts is one of the few groups that not only represent for their buyers but treat you with kindness, respect, and professionalism. We interacted with Symon and could not recommend dealing with him enough.

Our experience with elliots was amazing. They were proactive at every step of our house purchase and went the extra mile at all times. Couldn't recommend enough. Thanks 🤗

Nice team very attentive. Contact you just when you need them to. Tenacious and courteous would definitely go there again

We we’re very happy with the professional service of Elliott’s we will definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Elliott’s is friendly and efficient and really helpful. I would highly recommend their services!

Having just sold our flat , I am really pleased we chose Elliots . Symon got us a very good price at a time when the market is changing . Just as importantly, he ( and his colleagues ) are knowledgeable, easy to communicate with , persistent , (but never pushy) and just genuinely considerate people . I particularly appreciated how Simon communicated with all parties proactively and respectfully ( especially both sides solicitors ) which helped push things along .

Elliotts Estate Agents were one of a number I contacted re the sale of our flat, and they stood out as the one to go with, thanks to the person I dealt with. Jordan Webb's professionalism, market knowledge, enthusiasm, and personality set him apart. And this went way beyond getting the business - his professionalism and customer care continued throughout the process, helped by his able colleagues. The valuation proved realistic. The promotion was excellent, with our involvement welcomed. A buyer quickly found (two days). And then the hard work started. There were always going to be things cropping up that needed to be handled, and Jordan was there to constructively help. The ball was never dropped until completion.
Whilst I dealt almost exclusively with one person, there was always a cheery welcome from everyone if I popped into the office, and proper care if Jordan wasn't around. My impression is that Elliotts would offer an excellent service regardless of who managed the sale.

I can’t praise Jordan and the wonderful team at Elliotts highly enough. Excellent, professional and compassionate service

Symon and the staff at Elliotts were incredible; they made the process of moving so much smoother than I had expected. We received three offers after the first day of showing and then support and guidance throughout. We secured an amazing deal with Symon's support, far above our expectations. Symon was in regular contact throughout the sale with helpful updates each week. The staff were always on hand should we have any questions. I thoroughly recommend Elliots and the staff; we were very impressed with the service we received. Thank you so much!

I had a great experience finding a flat through Elliotts with Symon quickly understanding the type of flat I was looking for, and got me a very speedy viewing on a flat that ticked pretty well all of my boxes - I don't think there is a flat out there that would have ticked them all! He kept me informed of progress during the time before completion, which I am happy took place very smoothly last Friday! Janice

Symon has been a super agent dealing with the sale of our property from valuation through to completion. We cannot thank Symon enough for his professionalism, communication and follow ups with solicitors throughout the process making the process stress free. We were impressed with the knowledge of Symon and the wider team at Elliot’s with attention to detail that we haven’t seen with other agents. Symon was a pleasure to deal with and a credit to Elliot’s. Thank you.

Symon and the team were very helpful in chasing the solicitors and having a handle on all the moving parts. The wider team were also helpful and found out all the information we needed when our lead estate agent was away. They were also proactive in calling us which is much better than chasing for answers so good job Elliotts!

Steve Boone and his team were very helpful during our sale process. Communication was excellent and supportive. We could always get hold of someone for discussion and advice either straight away or on a timely return call. Friendly and professional team.

I am writing this review with the deepest gratitude for all the staff and all the help they have given over the past couple of years. We have sold a property through the office in Hove and recently bought a property through the same team. One thing that stands out is the longevity of the staff. We have had the pleasure of dealing with the familiar team on both occasions and this is such a comfort when investing such a huge task into their care. The leadership and management are clearly keeping a very happy team. I, myself, as someone who has worked in property understands that this can be a very frustrating industry so to be greeted by the faces of trusted agents was reassuring. During the pandemic they worked to sell our family home and kept to all the government guidelines, always adhering to strict appointment times, hygiene and respect of the fact everyone was living in a very difficult time. On the recent occasion we have purchased a retirement home for an elderly friend and they have been so understanding when we have had any delays and kept us constantly updated. I don’t think that a cake and a trust pilot review is enough to describe how much we value the whole team at Elliot’s. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and know if I need to use an agent again, I wouldn’t even hesitate to go straight to them. Thank you so much for everything and bless you for all you have done. Kind regards Rebecca, The legend that is Gillian Anderson and also Vanessa.

I moved into my beautiful new flat a month ago today thanks to sterling work from Elliotts, who I cannot recommend highly enough.

I decided to sell my house with Elliotts after meeting Brian, being impressed with his extensive knowledge of the local market and totally professional attitude. Prior to marketing my property, everybody involved in the sale visited to learn its features and idiosyncrasies. The brochure produced was outstanding with excellent photographs - none of the wide angled distortions so often seen.

After many viewings over the following weekend, I accepted one of the eight serious offers, a week after going onto the market.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to proceed with the flat I had been hoping to buy, but Steve came to the rescue and found me a flat that met more of my requirements than the original property.

From this point on Steve was my main man, managing the sell and buy. For various reasons, the process became more convoluted than it should've been, but Steve was on top of everything and provided me with the help and support I needed. His communication was exemplary, keeping me in the picture at all times. He also managed my expectations, letting me know next steps and when he would be in touch again - which he always was. There were so many groundhog days that it felt at times it might never happen, but Steve persevered, maintaining his professionalism, enthusiasm and optimism (plus my mental health) to successfully complete. Thank you, Steve.

Everybody in the Elliotts team is great; welcoming, friendly and helpful, whether on the phone, in the office, or just on passing on the street. I recommend them without hesitation; three of my friends are currently selling their properties with them.
