Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration you experienced during the return process. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify our policies.

We strive to balance flexibility for our customers with the operational costs involved in processing returns. For non-quality-related returns, we charge a handling fee of 5 per frame only pair or 10 per prescription pair to cover restocking and administrative expenses. This ensures we can continue offering competitive pricing and high-quality service to all our customers.

For more detailed information on the return policy, please visit our official website: https://elklook.com/policies/refund-policy.

Thank you again for your understanding, and we hope to have the chance to serve you better in the future.
