2 weeks after purchase, still no package delivered, no update on delivery status on website.
Tracking nr given by the website is unknown on the transporter website (DHL).
I tried to contact support of Elitescreen but they are still silent.

Sucks! never by from this company I have return a screen I have never seen my money back it’s now 2 months ago and emails,no response from them after I have many times sent them a message

Die Optik der Leinwand ist einwandfrei. Sehr schöne Kontraste. Tolles Schwarz. Bin begeistert. Allerdings die Einstellung des vertikalen Stops mit Garantie Verlust zu bestrafen und dafür ein eigenes Gerät anzubieten ist pure geldmacherei. Das bekommen billige China Leinwände besser hin. Die Lieferung war grausam. Hätte ich beim Kurier nicht nachgefragt wäre die Leinwand verschollen.

Fast delivery, great packaging, easy to put together with understandable manual.
And - the screen is very nice, has a worthy appearance and the picture quality has improved a lot!

Fine screen, also good portable with the bag. Service great when I asked for a VAT invoice which I didn't receive from the NL sales partner.

Some time ago, I bought the screen and lost the mounting/fixing parts during my move. After contacting customer support, they were able to help me immediately and send the missing parts. Everything went smoothly, and the communication via email was very friendly :)
