Firstly was assisted by a very helpful Ms Jamie,she did everything for my trips stress free!!even msg me re.garding Airline re sched...for me living in a very outside province of Palawan which we lost wifi connection in a matter of little change of weather and wind,I was so appreciative that the 11th Street Travel staff are so kind and attentive to Thier costumer relating all changes .
This time I'm assisted by a lady called Ms Elisze,in behalf of Ms Jamie(on off )
Elisze was indeed very polite and professional in all ways ..same as Ms Jamie.
From recommending the most affordable ,reliable airline ,allocating my seat and securing it for me.
Over all the 11th Street Travel Agent is run by very professional staff with great kindness to Thier costumer!
