During the renewal application, the link to OMMA was invalid (404 error). The line items on the profile pages imply there are still unpaid balances with active links to pay (repay, that is). I know the format is to list the activity in a row by date, because I used to build websites for large, medium, and small businesses, so I get it, but this is generally an internal format, not a client-facing one (I assume it just pulls from your internal DB). A callout on the prior line to an unpaid debt is confusing, even for us old folks who used to be pretty smart. I also know how simple it is to set up an automated link-check to periodically run, ensuring links remain active and functional. Subduing payment ability to prevent overpaying (or just greying out/subduing previous status lines) would seem more ethical from a user's perspective. The forms also lost all info on me once. The next day I went to my profile, and similar to the "unpaid" callout and "pay now" button, the previous day's line items noted "uncompleted forms" with active links to fill them out again. Overall poorly designed and maintained website, though I do appreciate the attempt at a minimal appearance. It doesn't mean much, though, when what the user experiences is anything but minimal. Something as simple as disabling buttons to prevent double work would not only help user experience but would safeguard you from accusations of trying to trick people into overpaying by leaving callouts to unpaid debts while offering an active "pay now" button. Even though it’s just a web design issue, having a payment button next to a settled debt looks like a 'dark pattern' or a scam to an outside user or agency. If someone accidentally pays twice, it creates an absolute nightmare of a paper trail for consumer fraud. Just saying: spending a little now for better functionality could save a lot in the future if a false accuser gets a sympathetic ear. Of course, there is some onus of responsibility on the user to understand the site and check their records. However, the law heavily favors the consumer when a layout is confusing. I just hate to see it. I speak very plainly, so don't think I have a beef; I don't. I'm not hating on you; just offering free advice. Take it or leave it. Thanks

Appointment was quick, friendly and professional. Answered a couple of questions and got my renewal.

I was told my information would be submitted when it was time for renewal and it wasn’t. Then when I called the person tried to tell me to make another appointment when I had already paid and been approved

On time! Willing to answer questions!! And FAST!!!

Made an appointment, payment was made and I never received any follow up, no confirmation, no instructions, but the money was taken out of my account within the hour.
Called back into the support line when the appointment time expired. Agent explained the for some unknown reason the appointment was not registered in the system. Agent rescheduled the me for later the same day and made sure that the instruction and confirmation email made it to my inbox. I made the appointment and was finished in under 10 minutes.
