Did what they said they would do. No hassles.

I thought I wanted a Elegoo so I purchased it understanding that i could return it if I changed my mind or found something better. I did find a better printer so I tried to cancel my Elegoo, wow, do not do that!!! They will not work with you, they ship product after you let them know that you changed your mind .Long story short, a number of emails back and forth and finally the bank canceled the transaction since I could prove that I had tried to cancel the order before they shipped it. I had emails, from FedEx saying all they had to do is call and the shipment would be returned to them. No response, terrible customer service.

A principios de este año, la compañía anunció y promocionó oficialmente el lanzamiento de un sistema multicolor para el Centauri Carbon en el tercer trimestre de 2025. Este fue un factor clave en mi decisión de comprar esta unidad específica en lugar de la competencia. Yo, como muchos otros, invertí en el ecosistema de Elegoo basándome en esta futura actualización prometida. El tercer trimestre de 2025 ya pasó, y no hay sistema multicolor. No ha habido ningún anuncio oficial, ninguna actualización sobre el cronograma y, lo peor de todo, ninguna disculpa ni explicación por esta promesa incumplida. Parece que la empresa simplemente ha decidido ocultar este compromiso discretamente, esperando que todos lo olvidemos. Esto es una grave violación de la confianza. Una cosa es retrasar un producto por razones técnicas, pero otra muy distinta es hacer una promesa pública de hoja de ruta para impulsar las ventas y luego abandonarla por completo sin decir palabra. Me hace cuestionar la integridad de la empresa y si es creíble alguno de sus futuros anuncios. Mi consejo: compren los productos Elegoo por lo que son hoy, no por lo que la empresa promete que serán mañana. Su hardware es decente, pero su palabra, en este caso, ha demostrado ser inútil. Estoy profundamente decepcionado y me lo pensaría dos veces antes de volver a confiar en esta empresa.

Poor customer service!!! I am so angry as I bought a Mars 5 Ultra on Christmas day and it arrived on the 29th December so I was well chuffed but then on the 7th of Jan there was some sort of firmware update and my resin printer just wouldn't print after that, customer service to get this sorted was very slow, 1 email a day and never getting to the end of my problem. They kept asking for another chance to fix it and I had done all what they had asked so eventually I said enough and I wanted a replacement. Well it's now the 19th of January and I still do not have any confirmation of the replacement printer being sent. I haven't even been given the return label for the printer that isn't working. I loved the brand till this happened and then I realised that it just isn't worth buying through them anymore. Absolutely regret buying the printer now.

I recently got into Elegoo Filament, and since Mid november had several large orders with them, during the christmas holiday one of those large order got stolen (porch Pirates) I had the insurance on it so I filed a claim.

I filled out the forms with Seel (the insurer), worked with live chat to make sure everything was good. after 5-7 days the claim was closed as
"The merchant, ELEGOO US, will fulfill your replacement. They will contact you directly with next steps."

I then get an email from Elegoo support telling me I need to refile as I claimed it incorrectly, even though the live chat support during the claim process directed how i filed was Proper and fine. (I have screenshots).

ALSO, I could NOT refile as by this time the stolen item window had passed:
"Unfortunately, the 7-day window to report theft for this delivered package has now passed. For future reference, any issues for theft items must be submitted within 7 days after delivery."

I emailed a reply to all this and after 4 days I have still heared NOTHING!!!

This order was part of a series of orders and as such I was set to start ordering regularly for my business with Elegoo, a projected 6-9K per year, however, now because of this I will go elsewhere, and I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

UPDATE: After repeated emails and a final response telling them I would be filing with Visa (Visa insures pruchase on their cards), I sudddenly got a resolution email and shipping notice...

I genuinely like the Centauri Carbon when it works, the short time I was able to use it, the printer performed very well. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been extremely frustrating.

Shortly after delivery, the printer developed serious issues, starting with a hotend heating failure that caused prints to stop mid-print. Multiple core components were replaced under warranty (including cables, mainboard, hotend parts), but the problems were never fully resolved.

A later critical failure caused the nozzle to crash into the build plate during normal operation, damaging multiple hotends and build plates. Despite extensive troubleshooting and cooperation on my side, the printer never reached a stable and safe working state.

Elegoo refused a refund or a new replacement unit, offering only continued repairs or a “used” replacement. Support is polite, but the process is very slow and places most of the repair burden on the customer.

This is disappointing, because the printer has great potential. but reliability and post-sale handling need serious improvement.

No cumplen nada de lo que dicen, gastas miles de euros, y si miles de euros entre un grupo en 4 Saturn ultra 16k.
Mas de 50kg de resina al mes...
Una de ellas viene con un defecto en el cristal templado que esta soldado a la pantalla, que no hay forma de quitarlo de ninguna manera, y dicen que es una filtracion de resina, claro señor, como llevo poco trabajando con ello, como no tenemos mas casos de cristales, y es el unico en el que ha pasado, pues despues de mas de decenas de mensajes, donde en todos se han cogido a problemas de una cosa o otra, no hace nada, prefieren perder clientes de esta manera, no volvere a trabajar con la marca, lo unico que necesitamos un negocio es tener un buen servicio postventa.

I got one as an Xmas present, it came up with an error 9 days later, so I contacted customer service, non U, they over the next two weeks wanted me to take it apart and take pictures of the inside, there is no support, UK law says, I should return it, to be fixed, but they want to send me a part, well maybee in another couple of weeks. When they work they are great, but the lack of customer service will make me look at other companies.

Oh, and they have just said to me that it is a 14 day warrenty period!!!!

I ordered 5 rolls of filament for a big job and they where NEVER delivered and all I got was the run around from this company all the could do is apologize. WILL THAT DIDN'T HELP!!!! Do not do business with this company because you will be disappointed and their inaction's will cost you big time.

Creo que por precio la Centauri Carbon y sus prestaciones por el momento son insuperables (lo digo por experiencia), sería redondo si la tienda tuviera reparto desde España y sin gastos de envío como otras, al final si se quiere imprimir con garantía de calidad es muy recomendable usar sus productos certificados para sus máquinas con sus perfiles contrastados.

Je suis passé de Creality à Elegoo dû à l'incompétence totale de ces derniers. Je ne regrette absolument pas !
J'ai une Neptune 4 Pro et une Centauri Carbon qui fonctionnent parfaitement et imprime tout aussi bien, voir mieux que mon ancienne Creality (qui coutaît plus cher que les 2 Elegoo réunis).
J'ai déjà dû remplacer la carte mère de ma Centauri Carbon qui a lâché après seulement 3 semaines, mais le service client a été réactif et m'a renvoyé des composants et un coupon pour s'excuser.

Je retire tout de même une étoile car la Centauri Carbon est sortie, mais celle-ci a besoin urgemment de mise à jour. Le logiciel est totalement fermé (alors que la Neptune 4 Pro non) et il manque des fonctionnalités basiques (exclure un objet lors de l'impression, la détection de filament ne fonctionne pas...).

This thing is junk. We assembled it as directed, learned how to download g-codes onto the provided SD card, purchased compatible filament and it won't print a thing. There's no messaging as to what is wrong or any guidance for that matter. Elegoo does not have a phone support line. You shouldn't need to be some IT nerd to get these things to work. Save your money and steer clear of this trash.

Imprimante qui ne fonctionne pas dès le premier jour, SAV catastrophique 30 mails sans donner de solution, Elegoo ne veux pas accepter mon droit de rétractation de 14 jours. Ils tournent en rond depuis plusieurs semaines, malheureusement pour eux je vais pouvoir me faire rembourser au près de la banque. Ils ont qu'une seul chose a faire quand un article ne fonctionne pas c'est de récupérer l'article et de rembourser le client, mais au vue des avis ils font ça avec tout le monde ! À FUIR !!

I have purchased 3 new Elegoo Centuari Carbon printers and all either arrived faulty or developed faults within a month of purchasing. Elegoo have a very bad aftersales and no UK base so avoid. They do not comply with UK consumer rights even though they are legally obliged to do so. The printer although are made well structurally the inner components are poor and don't last. The cost of the printer is not much different from that of the Bambu Lab which make top quality reliable printers with top aftersales and most importantly have a UK base. Elegoo tried to offer me a secondhand printer in exchange for my faulty new printer which I refused. Then they offered me an 80% refund eventually they offered a full refund but refused to cover the postage costs which they are legally obliged to do so. But have refused to supply me with a return address so how can I return it? Klarna are not better and recommend anyone thinking of using their pay in 3 service to think again you have no buyer protection from this company they drag out the time for as long as possible go straight to your bank and ask them to do a chargeback. So to anyone who reads this don't buy an Elegoo printer and don't use Klarna. Three months on and I am still fighting to get a refund from both companies but I won't stop.

Cela fait plusieurs années que je commande sur ce site, et j'ai toujours été satisfait de la qualité des filaments. Il y a 2 mois j'ai commandé 20 bobines, et le colis a été perdu par la poste. Je me suis donc tourné vers elegoo qui fait tout pour éviter le sujet, en me disant de retourner le colis pour me le faire rembourser. Comment je fais vu que je ne l'ai pas reçu ?!?
Une conversation vraiment lunaire qui n'a mené à rien. Il a fallu que ce soit moi qui contacte colissimo et DHL pour justifier que le colis n'avait pas été livré.
J'ai ouvert un litige paypal en espérant pouvoir me faire rembourser, car je n'ai aucune réponse concrète d'elegoo sur un potentiel renvoi ou remboursement.
Donc si tout va bien c'est un bon site, par contre ne comptez pas sur eux s'il y a le moindre problème. Il s'agissait donc de ma dernière commande chez eux!
