Excellent Service from Electroquip

We were recently in trouble when one of our machines went down and we needed Festo parts urgently. We made contact with Electroquip. They sourced us the parts quickly and very competitively priced with a next day before 10am delivery. Exactly what anyone in maintenance is looking for.
I would recommend Electroquip to anyone when trying to source automation parts.

I was recommended to Electroquip by another "plumbers merchants", tbh totally useless!!!!!
Simon, DIFFERENT GRAVY!

Part fitted, no issues, all done!

Cannot recommend enough, superb service!!!!!!!!

They sourced parts that we couldn't find anywhere else and supplied a quote within hours. The lead time was good too.

Very reactive

Very reactive, pulled out all the stops to ensure my project was not held up.
Very responsive any issues were quickly dealt with and never felt like I was being ignored.

Simon- what a star. Great company service

Desperately trying to source a Festo part. Made one call and spoke to Simon who went to check the shelf and found the product. Could have saved myself hours of searching if I had tried Electroquip first.
5 STAR SERVICE which is becoming a rarity in today’s times.

what a fantastic service !

what a fantastic service !
electroquip is a company which i have had the pleasure of using to support our manufacturing facility with for many years.

the service Simon and the team offer is second to non. prompt, professional, polite and supportive... what more could you want.

whether its breakdown support or general inquires the team have always done there best to accommodate our needs.

for those reasons i would always recommend electroquip to anyone in the engineering space.
