Scam! Unable to contact them, they ran with my money 😡. Hard lesson learnt

Scam website. Took my money and ran. Said my order was being shippped. Then an email to say there was a delay and I would receive a compensatory gift with order. Even an An Post tracking code which doesnt work..... Looked a credible site. Be wary folks!

Scammed they take your money but you never receive the order you can't contact the as they don't answer phone or WhatsApp chat line dose not work

This website is a scam. I spent €70 on a sweater that never arrived. Tracking is a dead end and no response to emails. Scumbag scammers. Avoid this site.

This is a scam I ordered some clothes which never arrived. I tried emails.no response

SCAM. I ordered €119 worth of clothing. Nothing came. No answer to various emails. I'm livid. Whoever is doing this are total scum bags. Website shows a photo of allegedly Elara O'Connor and maybe her child but it's not real. May the people behind this scam rot in hell. Anyone know how we can protect future customers?

I ordered nearly €300 worth of clothing from Elara Dublin and never received anything. I cannot get in touch with the company. TOTAL SCAM SITE.

Like everyone else giving them 1 star is a scam, they took over 100 euros from me with my order it's a costly lesson for me the fact they pretend there Irish company is disgusting Do NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS

My sister has lost her money ordering via this site. She wasn't careful to check the reviews and thus the order has never arrived...

To be honest it's infuriating to have to give one star to leave a review. I spent €85 last December and, like all other reviewers, nothing has been delivered. Is there anything we can do about it? I ordered via Instagram so I will start with them..... Carol, Dublin

I have tried several times to contact them - no order arrived. Ordered 6th Feb, got An Post tracking link that doesn't work!! I wish I had seen these reviews first!! I am going to try a chargeback with my bank.

Scam site. My Mam ordered 2 items end of January, never arrived, tracking code is not real & no reply from so called company. On card statement it is saying they operate from Amsterdam Netherlands, definitely not a Dublin company. Avoid at all costs

This site is definitely a scam. No product arrived. There is no physical store. Constant clearance sale finishing at midnight. The email confirmation tracking and order details links were dead. No response to email queries.
