Mi marido compró un jersey modelo Alejandro que anuncian como hecho de "cachemira" y que dicen que su precio son 199,95€ aunque está rebajado y por el que le cobraron 34,95€ . La realidad al recibirlo es que es fibra pura y dura que en cualquier tienda de ropa china en Madrid comprarías por 10-15€. Las condiciones de devolución son "draconianas".

Fast delivery and great quality product, was unsure whether to order after reading some reviews but everything went perfectly

Die Rücksendung war so kompliziert und auf eigene Kosten, dass ich aufgab und das Geld hat futsch ist und ich ein Paar wirklich schlecht gearbeitete hässliche Ohrringe mehr habe. Not very good customer service, ordered a jacket last month they sent the wrong jacket and it was not even the right size have tried to return it but not getting much help had one response to my emails on December 4th with no instructions and nothing since.Very poor service

I have tried to claim back through my bank and these scumbags have claimed they sent all the good.
Funny how the email address now just bounces back and the website has gone.

Changed the company name to try and get rid of terrible reviews.

Ordered t shirts over 3 months ago and still not received them. Initial response was good from customer service but not been blocked by them so email pings back. Going to have to raise with bank in order to get my money back. Was hopeful for the shirts to arrive as love the designs but obviously a poorly run company or maybe just scammers as others have pointed out.

I Ordered on the 4th September, have not received my order, I emailed them, on September 18th to which they replied, but now the email is bouncing back, which suggests they have 'done a runner'.

Does anyone know how I can get my money back?

Order placed on the 26th of August still waiting! Emails ignored now being returned undelivered. These scammers need to be dealt with. National papers need to print a story exposing them.

I ordered over 9 weeks ago and many many emails later with no reply, now emails bounce back. Maybe these two young guys don’t know how to run a business very well be honest with your customers stop taking our money if you can’t deliver the goods. I thought being a UK company it would be more trustworthy then some other countries obviously I was wrong.
I’m trying to get a refund but I’m not holding my breath.
I hope people read these reviews before even thinking of ordering from this company but if I was you stay well clear from them.

Placed an order on 12th of September and still waiting.
Emailed them on a number of occasions and told they would get back within 24 hours but nothing!
Now the email address is blocked!

I ordered on the 2nd September 2024 and still no sign of my order and now the email address isn't working is it keeps bouncing back.
Have had 1 reply to my emails saying they are looking into it but must have sent 10 emails by now.
Bought a number of times but this is the last and will contact my credit card company about this too.

Ordered hoodies and t-shirts in the past and pleased with products - delivery was poor 2/3 weeks

Now really upset ordered 2x t-shirts 3 September, sent numerous emails with false promises- now the email address is blocked!!!

Getting concerned now!!
