However, if there does go something wrong in transit, please let us know by the end of the day of receiving them and we resolve them promptly. In this case, your order was delivered about a month back, as well with a missed delivery attempt due to your non-availability at the time of delivery.

Nonetheless, we'd have appreciated to be notified at the time of delivery or latest by the end of the day of delivery. Unfortunately, we can't help or take claims in such cases after weeks of delivery.

I bought 9 pack's of Laxmi dhoop…

I bought 9 pack's of Laxmi dhoop inscence and that is one of my favorite dhoop inscence and it was delivered very fast in A few days , I love the nice soothing fragrance of the Laxmi dhoop ! it makes my house feel like an indian temple .

I have sent my parcel back 10 days ago…

I have sent my parcel back 10 days ago and still I haven't received my refund amount plus they don't pay for shipment when you return your item to their company.

Great range of spices, excellent service all round

This is my second time ordering whole and ground spices from Ekirana. On both occasions I was really pleased with the products I received. They were very well packaged and arrived in Ireland in excellent condition. I wouldn't shop for spices anywhere else now - they have a great range and have all the spices I need for my Indian cooking.
