Ekirana Arvostelua

I ordered fresh vegetables from Lithuania . They arrived fresh and quick even without additional cold packing. Felt awesome to be able to experience rare Indian vegetables from here

Friendly approach to the customer and short delivery time

Very easy, quick and i found everything i was looking for!

Nice website with clear items to order. We thought we could also buy at the storage adress. Later explained this was only for pickup your orders.

Anyway we were helped very good. With a lot of patience.

Easy to shop and fast delivery. Good communication (by email and SMS). When goods are out of stock the refund is quick. Overall a great experience.

The product I wanted was available. However my delivery address was slightly incorrect, however the customer service team were on hand immediately to correct this and tracked my order to make sure I got it as I had requested product for a Indian food dinner party we were having.
Thank you.

The products are fine but not always in stock. The delivery is much better now.

Ekirana products are of excellent quality, timely delivery, good and effective communication. Keep the quality standards consistent as it has been.
Just a little pinch on the pocket compared to other online groceries but the quality standards they maintain is what draws me to their products.

Compared to other Indian grocery providers, I prefer EKirana because of the stock. For most of the items, stock is available and price also competitive. Easy to search the items and navigation within the website. Coming to 'Delivery', its quick; within two days the ordered items are delivered to home. A point to highlight - one of the item was not available while delivering and they immediately took the action to refund without mentioning about it from our side. A happy customer.

Great quality products incl. fresh products ( I ordered fresh curry leaves), ghee, mung daal and spices. Reasonable prices and very helpful chat assistant. Definitely recommend this store! Thank you, Ekirana!🙏❤️

Good on time and no damage of any ordered stuff. Keep it up

It's always good to receive my parcel from Ekirana. Everything nicely packed and vegetables delivered very fresh.

always 5 stars to Ekirana. Good products, not outdated supplies like some other places, ive ordered from. The produce is always fresh and well packed. And shipping always prompt and well packaged.

Livraison très rapide rapide et bonne information relatif au suivi du colis

Reliable and good products delivered on time

I mainly order fresh vegetables and fruits, am happy with the quality and delivery even though the prices are high compared to other online Indian grocery shops

For me it is the only and best way to buy indian groceries, often organic. Ekirana is accurate and fast in their homedelivery. I live and work between east and west and I dont have to take groceries from India anymore!

A company is doing well either when everything goes as planned or when they step up when things don't. So far, nothing went wrong.
