Edward Hands and Lewis handled the buying and selling of our properties. Leanne was professional, calm and extremely good at communicating the information we needed when we needed it. Although everything went through in the end, I disappointed with my service from the forest Road, Loughborough branch of EHL. I would not recommend the conveyancing team.

Our sale went through smoothly and in a good time frame. Although I didn’t actually speak to anyone personally the communication was good and prompt through email.

I can not recommend Shelton's (Bulwell) enough! We used a different solicitor for our sale and after a previous property fell through we used Shelton's for our new purchase. They were amazing, the sellers solicitors were absolutely awful working at a snails pace, when anything was sent Heather dealt with it immediately to speed up our side of the process, we were let down by the sellers solicitors unfortunately. If you emailed Heather for an update or anything you would get a response very quickly (within 30 mins) and even if she was off someone else takes over- you do not get this with other solicitors trust me! If you are moving you will be in good hands use this firm we were so happy with the service. I would definitely recommend and will use for future legal services. Thank you Heather for everything I just wish other solicitors followed your example!
