The commercial states in small print of course that these are real customers and are UNSCRIPTED . That’s not true these are background actors with scripts they are reading and paid. Why would you deceive everyone with these falsehoods? I know few of em personally and wouldn’t trust a word they say either. Shameful

I have to be honest, I was a little apprehensive about making a Medicare Advantage change. Dylan at eHealth did a great job working with me and was very patient. I feel like I made a good choice and even saved some money over the other plan I was looking at. Having a company that can look across the various Medicare Advantage offerings from the insurance companies is a big plus in my opinion. I highly recommend eHealth.

George, was very informative regarding insurance products, he took the time to go through my medications and doctors. Job well done. The website helped me out a lot also.

Very easy to use. Loved the ability to enter my information in to see if my doctors were in network and medications were covered one time. Loved the ability to compare plans in one website.

This was our startup’s first year offering health insurance to employees, so we were a bit inattentive when choosing a broker. Later, we met some real professionals in this field who provided respectful, customer-oriented service, offering real advice, plan overviews, and explanations of the pros and cons and benefits of different decisions for our employees.
But this company was never like that. They only sent prices, and that was it. Slow replies, no attention to detail, and zero customer service. I handle most communication with carriers directly because it’s more effective and faster. I managed many issues with carrier customer service directly, but when this broker’s support team “helped,” any issue took more time, involved useless and incompetent questions, and so on.
I recommend everyone spending a bit more time to find a broker who will help you, not slow you down.

Cannot access any info they offer because they keep saying my zip code is incorrect. I have lived here long enough to know my zip code, thankyou. Is this just a bait and switch to make you call and talk to someone? I want to compare advantage plans myself and decide for myself not have a stranger tell me what I need.

I get calls from ehealth all hours of the day and night. Every last one of them start the call swearing up and down they are medicare matchmaker, licensed to find benefits I'm eligible for and for flex benefits. Every scam phrase you can think of. Most of the time I hangup because they don't care about me or my needs heck they don't even care they're bothering me all hours of the day! I decided to answer the other day and got this young lady Cagney her last name sounds like Goddess. Right from the start of the call it was personable, I could tell she wasn't just trying to get me to switch. She was honest about my benefits with Aetna and answered all the questions I had. She even looked up the Medcaid office number and told me to see if I qualify so I can get some groceries. If I didn't get her I never would have known and now I get over 300 dollars for food and even help with my bills. I think I wrote the wrong number down because I wanted to call her back and thank her so if you see this Cagney, thank you for not being a salesperson thank you for being a real person. I pray God blesses you greatly because you really changed my life and I mean that.

Very unimpressed with service. Called for help with part D plan. Agent just wanted to push an advantage plan in which I had no interest. Really pressed " advantages " but would not consider any possible disadvantages. Especially as these plans are very good for " low income people like you " I still need to research part d plans. Was a waste of time phone call.

The rep, Janice, was very understanding, very knowledgeable and very professional. She went over all options and found a plan that was better than comparable to what I had.

Have assisted me with Medicare Supplement and Part D plans for the past 3 years. Their advice and responsiveness is outstanding.

Ehealth online is great for comparative uses, then contact indiviual companies yourself to confirm info and apply.

The Rep I spoke with made this transition the best experience for me. Her name was La Shawn Pritchet. We spoke last week and identified a plan for me to review. She gave me her extension so I could call her back directly with questions. I did just that, and she was happy to answer the 9 questions I had identified.

Kathleen Strickler my insurance agent for EHealth was knowledgeable and very thorough. I would recommend her and Ehealth for their insurance needs

I'm not sure of that e-health is totally unbiased. They don't even list Capital Blue Cross / Blue Journey/Wellspan Health Advantage PPO in my area. That is my current Medicare advantage plan provider and WellSpan is the major health care conglomerate in the area. You would think they would include this plan as well as the HMO plan, but they don't show it. So maybe they're not making enough money off of Capital Blue Cross to list them.
Folks, it's not difficult to go to Medicare.gov and see the plans just like you're doing on ehealth.com or any of the other websites. You're going to do the same thing and you can sign up without having to deal with an insurance salesman who makes a commission off you. You can also contact your county department of aging who holds free clinics where you sit down with someone and go through the different plans and compare your doctors and medications and needs and find a plan that works for you. You are not required to do this through the license insurance agent. Websites like ehealth.com and the ones you see on TV, exist solely for the purpose of making a profit off of signing you up for Medicare plans. I think you're smart enough to figure this out yourself. Give it a shot.

My Agent is very helpful from the beginning to the end. He answers all my questions. Very polite too, and friendly.

Danielle was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the different Medicare options. Very nice and assisted me in changing both my health insurance and drug coverage.

They make phone appointments then break them without any contact. They waste your time without regard. Their TV ads are complete crap.

This is by far ONE OF THE WORST companies i have ever dealt with. They charged me for an employee that left my company for 10 MONTHS after they left despite me calling them AND sending in the termination form. AND i just found out they didn't register one of my current employees for Medical insurance and I sent that in months ago. Do you realize the problem they could have caused my company had something happened to this employee? STAY AWAY!!!

I enrolled for health insurance on 7/15/24, with an effective date of 8/1/24, and starting off this company did not do great with enrollment. They enrolled me in the wrong state which took around an 1hour so then, since it was close to the end of their call hours, the guy on the phone was rushing to fix this. He went on to enroll me in the correct state.

I received multiple emails requesting a letter for my qualifying event paperwork to be sent over and was told that it was sent. It was not received by the health insurance company. I have being going back and forth with Ehealth and the other company to get this taken care of. It has been over a month and I am currently suspended on my healthcare account. Very disappointing experience. I am without insurance despite being proactive.

If you use EHealth, maybe enroll 6 months prior would provide their team enough time to get you sorted but 1-2 months is going to leave you without coverage.
