Ehealth representatives , more than helpful.
Listened to all my concerns and found me a good Dual plan.
highly recommend !Will definetily call them for assistance again and feel very comfortable .

I discussed some good options for my supplemental plan and drug coverage. The agent told me she would send me follow-up information on both. I received 5 emails with the same information about the drug plans. I received nothing on the plan G options we discussed. I sent 3 emails to the agent and got no response. I talked to another agent tonight who said he could not send me any info about the plans recommended. So, I am sorry that all of the hype about them being the gold standard for professionalism was certainly not my experience. In fact, the last agent I spoke to could not wait to get off the phone.

Very unprofessional, I made an appointment for a licensed insurance agent to call me . They called a (CSR)and could not answer any questions and put me on hold. She never came back I finally hung up . It’s the old saying if it starts out bad it ends up bad . I’ve looked into other complaints, don’t waste your time .

I was confused with which Advantage Plan to choose so I called eHealth. The person that answered the phone was very nice and helpful and connected me with an Agent.
That's when it went bad, The Agent kept cutting me off when I was talking and repeated a few times to me, "Are you ready to buy or just shopping?" (Me) -Yes I'm shopping and I have questions". (Agent) "I don't have time to help you, you need to read all the plans and call back when you want to buy a plan."
Amazing! I thought they were there to help explain the plans and guide you thru the process with questions and answers!
Certainly not like the TV commercials tell you.

My agent, Wagma Ehreri was very professional and very knowledgeable. She reviewed Everything with my about what each plan provided. I highly recommend e-health for assistance choosing a Medicare advantage plan.

What a refreshing experience. This application was easy to navigate and a pleasure to utilize!

1-928-484-3891 is a disconnected number, it's no longer in service. I would think that would be very embarrassing, since this ehealth.com, commercial keeps showing up on my television... i sincerely, I hope this helps your company. Wednesday, November 13th, 2024.

Jennifer Luckett - Was professional, articulate, and went the extra mile making two phone calls to health professionals that seemed to have a glitch in the system and correspondence. She got back to me the same day with all systems ready to go.

Ehealth never returns calls, gives incorrect information and ends up costing customers more money. They are TOTALLY incompetent.

Excellent customer service, friendly website and easy to use

I had high hopes for this company but was disappointed by 3 different people:

1. The first told me that I could not get any information on plans until I had signed up for Medicare and been approved. So I got approved and called eHealth back
2. The second person I spoke with told me that I could have received information before being signed up for Medicare. he then tried very hard to sell me a Medicare Advantage plan when I specifically said I wanted a gap plan and DID NOT want Medicare Advantage. After 40 minutes of a hard sell, he finally conceded to transfer me to a person who helped me find a Gap Plan
3. That person found a gap plan for me and sent me all the info. But when I clicked on the link she sent, it said that I would owe $957 instead of $148 a month. I emailed her and called the number she had given me repeatedly and got no response. So I started calling the major insurance companies by myself and realized that she had given me incorrect information on some of their quotes. So I made my own decision and now will never return to eHealth again.
4. For anyone out there, google the top Medicare gap plans and call them for a quote. You don't need a broker with his/her own agenda to give you incorrect information

Worst customer care ever. I had to find a new medicare plan as my old plan was discontinued. Enter Ehealth. I decided on a plan along with a corresponding dental plan. This whole process took almost 3 hours with two agents. Very exhausting. Then the plan was approved with no dental. Called back in to see why the dental was not included. Was told to call back when my application was approved and I received my card? Well today I have spent around two hours with three agents and am still no closer to getting my dental added? Their representatives are inexperienced and one will tell you something different from the next. None of them seem to know what they are doing? So I am now on hold with another broker after hanging up from being on hold for the fourth time with Eheath. I guess no one wants your business. Avoid these guys at all costs. Because what they tell you and what you get are often not the same

The representative was very knowledgeable, eager to assist me in selecting medigap and Part D coverages.

While I have some knowledged of this process, her patience and guidance was appreciated.

Was just going to update wife's part D ended up swapping out plan for myself and my one grandson, very helpful people unbiased, pleasant. Just a great chore made easy

I have dealt with ehealth for several years now. They are not insurance providers per se, but I contact them every year in Oct. to go over any changes in my coverage. Preston has always been extremely helpful, friendly, easy to talk to and VERY GOOD at explaining all of the nuances of the yearly changes. When it comes to my retirement health care insurance, I would not think of calling anyone else.

Easy to understand and very knowledgable as to their product., Also friendly service and understandable to talk to.

What a pleasantly surprising experience! I wasn't expecting such straight forward information, to be honest, but Scott was wonderful and caring! He went above and beyond for me to save a TON of money.
Crystal was also great in helping with hospital indemnity.
I would definitely recommend!
