After a misunderstanding about shipping costs. (I didn't realise the charge was per 25kg) eFix met me half way on the extra cost. Very fair and equitable.

Difficult to find. Easy to deal with.
I had searched everywhere for this item before coming upon it in e.fix. They delivered quickly and it did what it said it would. No more draughts through the door. Great stuff.

Great company and product.
The quick service and product are great .The downside is using DPD for delivery .The driver never came to my door ,I have two dogs who hear the first footsteps on the wooden ramp outside .I was also in and the doorbell wasn’t rung .The parcel was dropped off at the Spar shop .Also the very same day my daughter was expecting a parcel being delivered by Shaun DPD ,she was also at her home ,no one knocked and the parcel had to be rearranged. I understand this is not the fault of EFix but maybe need to look at an alternative delivery company.
The product itself is perfect and the company themselves are very efficient, maybe just use a different delivery company.
