Birthday present
Received my item and the box was damaged and swashed. As this was to be a gift I contacted the company and informed them of this.. No reply. I emailed again. No reply. Eventually a reply but all the wrong info on the email. I sent a corrected email again and got a reply saying would send a replacement.....still waiting and no forthcoming info on delivery although they said there would be, this was 3 days ago........not very good,

Their products are good but to keep a customer/ school over 2 weeks waiting for a package that after caps and emails they eventually said it was out of stock, it's terrible costumer service, letting down all those kids ! If you cannot fulfill an order, have the decency to let your customer know, especially after you kept the money 3 weeks. Hope it folds so a better company can take over and do a proper job. Complete shambles of a company

Slow to get back to you when there is an issue
I was sent the wrong item and it took a while to get a response from customer care. No apology was given they just wanted proof that I had the wrong item! To be fair they promptly delivered the replacement item (that's why they have 2 stars not one) but I found out that the box that was picked up was dumped by the delivery company, which as it had my name and address on could have got me into trouble for fly tipping had it not been discovered by a neighbour. This is my first dealings with this company and I won't use them again.

We’re sorry that the incorrect item was initially sent and that you experienced delays in receiving a response from our customer care team. We also apologise that you felt an appropriate acknowledgement was not given at the time.
In relation to the collection and disposal of your returned parcel, the courier used is an independent third-party company. Unfortunately, we do not have direct control over the individual drivers or how they handle deliveries once the parcel is in their possession. For this reason, we can only apologise for what has happened in this instance, and you are welcome to raise a direct complaint with the courier company should you wish to do so.
We’re pleased to hear that your replacement item was delivered promptly, but we do understand that the overall experience fell short of expectations. Your comments have been passed on to the relevant teams so we can review and improve our processes.

I received an email from educationaltoys 3 days later. They stated they would issue me a refund and were very kind. I'm so glad this worked out!! Thank you educationaltoys!
I placed an order thinking it would have free shipping as was stated on the website, but was charged a shipping fee of over $200. I've emailed the customer service email twice for help, once immediately after the transaction, and once this morning (day after), with no response. I'm needing to cancel my order, but none of the phone numbers I've found for educationaltoys will work through my app.
