Extremely poor delivery …
The bouquet was potentially fantastic but due to the appalling delivery it was soiled and extremely late. I had notifications for my chocolate being “out for delivery “ with time slots twice but then that evening had further notifications advising me it was “delayed “. When I finally had the “delivered” notification it stated it was also signed for by “Jada” yet it most certainly wasn’t and was in fact left in a container outside where it became damp .

I'm awfully sorry that the delivery company did such a poor job communicating the delivery updates, and that they managed to damage it too!! We were not informed of any of this by them, and I can only image how disappointing it must have been :(

Was delivered to the wrong flat
Was delivered to the wrong flat, and the picture I was sent in response to my claim was captioned “attached is a picture that shows it was delivered to the correct address” when it literally proved it was the wrong address.

I'm sorry that the courier delivered your gift to the wrong flat :(
I have checked on your order and whilst the right address was booked in the courier's site, it appears that the driver missed checking the flat information :(
The image as proof of delivery gets sent by the courier and you would have received a notification at the time of delivery with that information, sadly we were not informed of the error until you contacted us the following day, by which point it was too late to do anything about it, but we did issue a refund.

We make each gift by hand and to order, so the chocolate may have dislodged itself in transit and get caught in the brown paper packaging, but if not you can always contact us directly so we can fix it quickly :)

Deliveryfailure
Paid extra to ensure delivery on 17th September 2022. Only to receive a message saying that it was delayed and was not delivered until 18th September.
Ordered for a special occasion and were very disappointed that it was a day late. Have not received any offer of refund of the extra paid. Will be taking this up with the company.

I'm sorry to hear that your order didn't arrive when you expected :(
I have checked on the tracking, and it appears that although your gift was collected from us on Friday for Saturday delivery, the driver then got delayed reaching DPDs DC due to road closures and heavy traffic as a result of the preparations for Her Majesty's State Funeral.
That meant that he missed the connecting trailers that evening, delaying delivery by 24 hours.
A notification was sent from DPD directly to your email/mobile advising of the delay- sadly we don't have visibility as at that point all communication from the courier goes directly to the customer and we are not authorised to make any changes, so this is the first we hear of it.
Whilst these are extraordinary circumstances, I understand your disappointment, and if you contact us directly we can try and help you further :)

I’ve give 4 stars as I specifically…
I’ve given 4 stars as I specifically picked the bloom for the colours to match my daughters b day theme but it didn’t match the image for the ribbon (showed as white but came dark blue) and the bloom base was plain white in image but arrived floral patterned and blue. That said, it’s still really lovely to look at. The chocolates also look very sparse for the cost but there might be more underneath? Delivery date was met so all good there.
