Awful, awful, awful service!
Ordered some earrings for a 21st birthday gift, didn’t even open them, just wrapped them for my niece.
Presented them to her on her birthday night, she opened them and she said they were lovely but not ‘chunky’ enough for her liking. (To be fair, they do indeed look a lot ‘chunkier’ and thicker on the website. They are quite thin and delicate in real life.)
I returned them the next day using their return label following all their procedures.
They received them 9 days ago (I received a ‘return delivered’ email) I am STILL waiting for a refund!)

Many emails, website messages, Facebook messages - all go unanswered apart from one reply saying they would ‘prioritise’ the refund … I’m still waiting!

Terrible service - they now have the goods and my money - which is basically theft!

Even PayPal can’t help as I have already returned the goods and they already have them back!

Would NEVER use this company nor recommend to anyone. And considering on this day of social media, a company’s reputation goes a long way!

** PLEASE EITHER JUST RETURN THE EARRINGS BACK TO ME AND ILL KEEP THEM MYSELF OR PROCESS THE REFUND! **

I ordered a personalised pendant to mark the birth of my son. I received an empty box and no response from customer service . I have tried reaching out on Instagram and posting messages publicly which they just delete. Beyond disgusted with service

Received the solid gold initial necklace as a Christmas present. This was supposed to be a ‘forever’ piece to mark the birth of my first child. However the chain broke after 8 months and has been cared for carefully and actually only occasionally worn. I contacted customer service assuming this was a fault and would be covered by the two year warranty. However I was told this was deemed ‘wear and tear’ and would cost another £120. This was my first edge of ember piece and am extremely disappointed by the quality of the product and the customer care.

I love Edge of Ember and have quite a few pieces of beautiful jewellery from them. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the Sunseeker ring I bought recently. It looks lovely but it has very sharp edges which I kept catching on my clothes and scratching myself with it. I have put it back in its box and won't be wearing it again. Such a shame.

I'm very pleased with my order! The product was delivered promptly, securely packaged, and in excellent condition. The quality is impressive, and I wouldn't hesitate to order again. Highly recommended!

I purchased 2 rings from Edge of Ember, they came super quick and in the most beautiful packaging, I was blown away!

Bought two necklaces during their 50% sale, and received a box full of cosmetic samples. I am livid. I feel I have been completely scammed.

I ordered a ring from and was not entitled to a refund despite the ring was not being the same as pictured in the model photos! The band width was not the same as shown on the model.
The returns policy states you are entitled to a full refund on products, however, a couple of lines underneath this however it states you are only entitled to store credit if you buy a product from the sale. Which doesn't help when the majority of their products are in the sale.
I believe as a consumer you have a right to return any product that isn't as genuine as shown in the pictures. I explained this to the customer service team over email and I got really poor responses. I am now £200 down with a ring I don't like.
I will never be returning here.

I ordered a bracelet cuff and this was so small it only just fit my 9 year old granddaughter. However the customer service was exceptional and I could not fault the communication to return the item. Such a shame on the product as it was good quality.

Website easy to navigate and jewellery is beautiful and finished to a high quality standard.
