I’ve had heavy eyelids since birth but this only started to annoy me in my late 30’s. At the end of each day they would be heavier and starting to cover my eyes. Having done a lot of research over the past year. I decided to have a consultation with Eden Clinic. I had a FaceTime call firstly with Dr Ali. He was warm and friendly and of course very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and concerns without me feeling like I was annoying him. So come 6th May 2026 it was my turn !!! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the receptionist to the surgeon. The whole surgery probably lasted 40mins max!! It was probably shorter. The only pain I felt was the first needle injection for the local anaesthetic on each eye. I was very comfortable and was chatting and laughing away with the surgeon Dr Umar and his 2nd in command Dave. I have a phone call with Dr Ali 24 hours later and It’s day 2 now and I have very little bruising and swelling, had minimal pain and nothing that 2 paracetamol couldn’t sort out for me. I cannot wait to see my results over the next few weeks but I cannot recommend Eden Clinic for their care and attention from the minute I walked in the door. I’m absolutely delighted I decided to stay at home and have my surgery here and with Eden. A massive thank you to all the team that looked after me so well. I’d recommend to anyone reading this to give them a call and have a consultation, you won’t go wrong

I'm not one for leaving reviews but I feel the staff went above and beyond. I am older and struggle with technology, I couldn't access the virtual link so the team were cooperative with my daughter to arrange the initial meeting via WhatsApp call. It was brilliant with a very friendly doctor called Ali. I subsequently had my surgery 5 weeks later and the whole experience from start to finish was brilliant. whenever I had some questions post operative they would respond within the hour which was reassuring. thanks to the docs and team and this ia deserved 5* review.

Fist of all I had a video call with a very nice doctor. after discussing what I wanted doing and dates I have free I got booked in for upper bleph surgery. I have to say between the front desk staff the nurses the doctor and the cleanest surgery I was so impressed. I’m a week and a day post op I had local anaesthetic and felt absolutely nothing the nurse and doctors kept making sure I was relaxed and ok they were so nice swelling and bruising went after day five I’m so happy I chose Eden after looking around . Can’t thank you all enough 😊😊😊

I have to say, I was quite nervous going into this procedure, but Dr. Ali was absolutely fantastic and put me at ease straight away.

From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Umar and the whole team were incredible — so professional, calm, and genuinely caring. I felt completely looked after every step of the way.

The results have been amazing, and the aftercare has been just as impressive. The team have stayed in touch and been available for any questions, which really shows their level of care and commitment.

I recently had an upper and lower blepharoplasty at Eden Clinic, and I can honestly say the service was exceptional from start to finish.

All the staff were very kindto the upmost standard. The procedure itself went by quite fast, definitely an odd slightly uncomfortable experience to say the least but everyone in the operating room was very reassuring and welcoming. Everyone involved did 100% from what I can tell.

Completely professional always offered clarity throughout the whole process, was never left in the dark all questions were answered and everyone I had interactions throughout the process were lovely whether it was Dr Ali over phone or Dr Umar and the nurses on the day
