Love the diffuser but not the scents
Love the product but find the scents very soapy and artificial smelling. That is a real pity as they are expensive and I purchased 2 when I ordered. Fortunately, a good quality oil can be used instead.
Delivery was quick.

Expensive for a consumer.
Bought as a consumer (not a business) as a gift so bought diffuser and scent which came to €166 😳😳😳 plus postage €42 to Republic of Ireland. So I got it delivered to a friend in Northern Ireland at a cost of €20 - still very expensive. Remains to be seen how long the product lasts. It would need to last a long time to justify that expense.

What a fabulous gadget - highly recommend
What a fabulous gadget. Absolutely love it and the fragrance is gorgeous. I can't wait to try the others. I bought the Puck and despite its compactness it certainly still delivers a big punch as the fragrance is dispersed much further than I thought it would.

Hi Suzanne,
Thank you for sharing your feedback about our scents. I'm sorry to hear that the fragrance did not meet your expectations.
We understand that scent preferences can vary greatly, and some fragrances may have a lighter, more airy feel. To help you find a scent that better suits your preference, we have emailed you with a few options.
We hope this will help you discover a scent that you love and that provides the desired level of fragrance for your hallway.
As our machines are fragrances are only released once the machine is on, this may be why you are not smelling it when it is off. You can also adjust the settings to release the fragrance for longer periods of time and more frequently.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve your experience with EcoScent.

Best scents ever
Best scents ever. My local Lloyds bank smells amazing so I had to find the scent. The white tea & thyme is the best smell for a house. It’s so strong but gets so many good comments. The Ariel device works wonders and really eliminates for needing plug in air fresheners around the house. The oils are on the more expensive side but they really do last and I’m always looking for a deal or discount ;)

Customer service is always on point
Customer service is always on point. My package arrived the same way I expected it and on time . I’m very happy with the fragrance oil I bought which smells exactly the same as the air scent in Westin hotels. The product works soo well for my living space and bedroom. I will definitely buy more products in the near future.
