EcomSolid Arvostelua

It's a good theme with a lot of features and integrations. The support team and devs also do a really great job to assist and help with minor customizations. They definitely go beyond what you would normally expert. I'm very happy to be using this theme.

A great Shopify theme that is a 1000% times easier to use and better looking than default Shopify themes.

The two highlights of EcomSolid are:

- great templates and add on's like countdown timers, sales call outs, cart boosters, browser notifications etc that I feel would take me ages to figure out and find if I didn't use EcomSolid

- Amazing customer support. The team are super helpful and genuinely want to help you out. Makes my life way easier. Give them a screenshot or screen recording and they will try their absolute best.

The only downsides are that it can be a bit of a learning curve if you're just starting out. It maybe isn't as user friendly as some Wordpress themes, but I feel this is partly do with the complexities of working with the Shopify ecosystem.

You have a live chat support so if you have any issues with the theme, you can send them a text and you will get help instantly. I totally recommend ecom solid to anyone looking to make an amazing store!

Very good customer service, they are always willing to help with whatever is needed. The app itself is also very good and has a lot of customization options. Overall I've had a great experience with them.

Thank you Anna and Nina helps me a lot to solve the problems. It's a nice experience.

The support is indescribably good. I have never experienced support that is so friendly, fast and helpful. Absolutely recommendable and by far the best. Keep up the good work, dear Ecomsolid team. You are truly unique.

She answered all of my questions and helped change all of the things I wanted changed in my store

I've been using Shopify for about a year and have tried all of the Visual Builders to help me with my e-Commerce website, but none have compared to the outstanding attention to detail and exceptional quality EcomSolid has provided for me. I know they must have thousands and thousands of users but every time I reach out for Customer Support they are not only incredibly fast at responding, but they make me feel like I'm their TOP priority on their list of things to get done!

You can try all the others too, I am sure you will have the same experience as I have because they focus on their customers... and I can attest to the fact they are always striving to be better every day. Special thanks to EcomSolid's Anna who is an absolute pleasure to work with and always the consummate professional no matter how simple or complex my request! :). Wishing you and your team all the best for continued success!

This is a great app, Anna always provide top notch help with design issues. I cannot recommend this theme enough, it is one of the best available for SHopify in terms of design, flexibility, and more importantly, great support from the staff.

One of the better themes out there well integrated with Shopify! Also the support team is one of the best always getting back with a solution. Highly recommended for any e-commerce business.

Ecomsolid is the best shopify theme to stand out in the crowd. Best customer service every time.
