EcomSolid Arvostelua

As a relative beginner trying to design a premium looking store, the team at Ecomsolids have been very helpful and always respond to queries quickly, even editing code to solve my issues. Highly recommended!

Wow! EcomSolid is really amazing!! This is my first time using it quest what? I will never use others cause they got all you need to build your store from scratch. I really really recommend it!

I had a great experience. The team help me with some bugs and also code something for me. All the best to them!

Anna was super helpful and kind! I got assistance right away with their live chat support. Anna responded super fast with my inquires regarding the ecom solid theme and she has helped me fix all issues quickly. The theme is also very professional with a lot of customization features as well. This is the best theme out there. Thank you so much!

Really good support where the operator answers really quickly and provides great support. Strongly recommend!

Ecomsolid has been a great theme builder, and support has been fantastic! I couldn't ask for more.

I've been using EcomSolid for quite a few months now and it's easy to use. If you are looking to build a clean store with few customizations quick, I recommend EcomSolid. It gives you a wide range of features that any theme builder could. Their support is pretty responsive and any issues you face would be sorted out pretty much immediately. Anna from the support was out of her office hours when I wanted some troubleshooting. She didn't just help me out with the solution immediately, she was also warm and understanding!

Honestly the best customer support. There is a bit of a learning curve, but I chat with customer support everyday and they make it happen. Better support than most apps. They will teach you well, and fix what you cannot. Mostly, I am amazed they have not pulled their hair out with my constant questions haha (thank you Anna and Nina). They will keep working on your issue for days even if they don't tell you.

In fact, one of my issues because a feature in the latest version available to everyone.

You are in good hands with the ecomsolid team. There is a learning curve to the software, but you will get what you want out of it 100% as long as you talk to their support.

The EcomSolid team makes setting up an ecommerce site WAY less mysterious than it could be.

The support is great and able to fix my issue once they got their hands on it, the theme is also supper easy to use. Love it.

nice drag and drop theme for shopify. has some decent premium features that are useful as well. i'd say what makes the difference is the support. they have a live ticket system where you can talk to someone and they are always very friendly and willing to help. they've helped me do custom things as well that were not built into the theme which is nice. highly recommended.

Such a splendid app! It provides unique and professional customization options which help separate you from standard stores all while being simple and easy to understand. You can essentially achieve a very customized theme as if you were using gempages except the complex page building and coding experience isn't needed. This app certainly separates you from the rest and the customer support team is indeed superb.

Fantastic in every respect. Customer service is brilliant and the theme is amazing for anyone in the e-com space.

If you need a shopify theme that not only does it all, but that also have the best and kindest staff you can image, there is only one : Ecomsolid. With the help of Anna, Tina and Lumpi, I have managed to do something I would never ever thought I was able to... Making my own online store. Mywellnest store is made with a lot of love and devotion from my side, but also from their side! I could never thank you enough for your ongoing support!

Great experience, quality support for every request.

EcomSolid is the best app I've ever used. I wanted custom changes to my theme and their customer support (Anna) was super responsive, super friendly. She went above and beyond to meet my needs. 10/10 recommend.

Very user-friendly platform. Easy to use and has great features. But the best experience was with EcomSolid is support. Very fast, kind, and expeditious. Nina was so approachable and very helpful. Big recommendation.

I want to say thanks to Anna who standed by side me every time I faced an issue.
Ecomsolid allow me to customize my store as EXACTLY I want. I think it's the best think I found out.
